    Swisse Ultiboost Odourless Wild Fish Oil 1000mg is a premium quality formula containing omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA, to support joint, heart, brain and eye health.     Doc's Orders

    My doctor suggested I take fish oil supplements due to high cholesterol caused by thyroid disease (I rarely eat meat or fried food). Fish oil supplements are also good for your heart, blood vessels & brain. I do find that they're odourless; however, I'm not prone to having foods repeat on me. After regularly taking fish oil supplements, my cholesterol levels are within the healthy range (just!).

    REPURCHASE? Fish oil capsules - yes; Swisse brand specifically? I usually buy whichever brand is on sale.

    Ideal For...: 
    Always get your doctor's OK before taking any supplements.

    Affordable option

    I used to take these fish oil tablets daily for concentration and overall wellbeing. This particular fish oil tablet is odorless which is fantastic and the size of the tub is great and contains a lot of product. These aren't expensive and do a great job. The tablets are quite large but are easy to take and have an easy coating which makes them easy to take. I definitely noticed a difference when taking these and always go back to them when i need a bit of a boost or have a big project coming up.

    Easy to Swallow & No Foul Smell

    I take fish oil for general well being and rotate brands depending on whatever is on sale when I'm at the shops. The Swisse fish oil is in capsule form with rounded edges which is great for easy swallowing. The odourless fish oil means theres not foul smell or yucky burps that make you want to throw up (you know what i'm talking about).

    The oil is extracted from wild caught fish which is great because apparently wild fish is better than farmed fish. I can take these on an empty stomach and haven't ever thrown up so I think its convenient because I don't always remember to take supplements right after eating.

    For those that hate the smell of fish oil

    If you have taken fish oil you will know that it doesn't have a pleasant smell in the slightest. Even just opening the cap you can smell the fishiness and unpleasant aroma and what makes it worse is when you swallow it, sometimes you burp it up and get the taste in your mouth. Super gross! That alone had put me off from taking fish oil for awhile. Luckily there is Swisse odourless fish oil so you do not have to worry about that dreaded smell and horrible burp up! I normally take chia seed oil but if we run out then I take fish oil. These capsules are smooth and easy to swallow with no strong scent. It helps with my mood and increases my Omega 3 intake as I do not eat much seafood. You can get them in either 200 or 400 capsules and they will last a long time! Sometimes I take 2 a day, depending on how I feel but it will last for months and months.
