Chlorophyll

I am thinking of trying the chlorophyll drink made by swisse. Would like to hear if any one has tried and what they thought of it.

Thanks ladies – good to see an old forum resurrected!

Good to know drinking it straight hasn’t stained your teeth and I see Chlorella is another type from spirulina. Think the Swisse was readily available but might look into others.

Couldn’t find a forum on the actual Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse – and can’t start one because of the curfew due to Spammers!

It’s not a drastic detox. Goes for a week cutting out processed foods (no alcohol, bread, coffee – eek!) and sticking to plain fish and chicken (no sauces or spices) and a lot of fresh apple juice and on the second last day having to drink some Epson salts drink and olive oil, followed by a Colon hydrotherapy session – yes, that’s a new experience for me and wont go into details!

My daughter has recently done it and still alive!

Amazing what you can come across on these forums – looking for Chlorophyll and here it is!

I’m about to start a detox and even though I don’t actually start it for another week, was recommended to start drinking chlorophyll by adding 40mls to a litre of bottled water. Bought the Swisse spearmint one – lucky it’s on a special at priceline $11.99 down from $19.99.

Wow! That is strong stuff – added it to a bottled litre of water and it’s still just as dark green. Was wondering too about teeth staining – have enough with my coffee drinking (which will be cut out shortly). Don’t mind the taste as the mint is quite ok. And helpful to read that it does need to be refrigerated. I’m sure ‘fresh’ is best, but I’m adding it to water to make it alkaline and it’s more about drinking lots of water for the detox, but giving it a go.

Wonder if anyone has a forum about the Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse? Probably!

I take liquid chlorophyll because it’s naturally alkaline and I have an overly acidic digestive system. I take the recommended 15ml (one tablespoon) straight without diluting it and I haven’t noticed it staining my teeth. Then again I drink it on and off.

Kassalee, you’ve just reminded me to write a note in my diary to by some Chlorella. Thank you and good luck with the detoxing:)

This sounds interesting…even though initially i was thinking what the hell, it sounds like someone wants to kidnap someone else lol

I have never heard of chlorophyll. Whats it meant to do?

If you suffer from Palladium poisoning like Tony Clark a la Iron Man, then you need chlorophyll 🙂

    Sorry couldn’t help it lol

Haha! We all need a bit of a laugh after last night’s karma drama!

Chlorophyll is the green pigment in plants and as a health food, it’s said to have detox and antioxidant properties

    LOL Stackcats love it!

I just did a search on it! Im starting a health kick as of tomorrow so I am definitely going to be introducing this into my diet.

I want to make green juices so maybe it can be added in there and hopefully the taste isnt too bad!

I will let you know how it goes!

I drink two teaspoons every morning in a glass of water. i don’t think it tastes gross like most of the above people. It’s slightly minty. Nothing gross about it. I love it.
