Beauty Collagen Gummies

This is the first time I've tried a Collagen supplement. These gummies actually taste quite good, they are quite chewy. The gummies are supposed to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, firms skin and increase its elasticity as it says on the packaging. Collagen helps keep our skin looking beautiful and fresh. We are all getting older and I am now in my fifties, so looking after my skin is a sensible thing to do.I have started my second lot but am yet to see any effect on my face, not sure if I am going to buy a third as they are not cheap.

I have been taking Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen Gummies for about 6 months. I usually buy them in my weekly shop and especially when half price $10.00. I am an older lady so I feel any help can't hurt. My routine is to munch on the gummies (they taste great) whilst getting breakfast ready.

And this is no exemption. I bought this on sale because I was getting desperate wit my post-baby hair loss, so even if I knew these do not work, or there was little evidence it worked at all, I was full of hope. BUT many can say this is good because it is sugar-free (99% so almost), still they used some type of sweetener here. It’s a beautiful berry flavour like any other berry gummy in the shops, but because this did not do anything for me, $15 for a pack of berry gummies no matter how yummy doesn’t make sense to me. So obviously I didn’t repurchase. I will ditch the collagen supplements from here on. Biotin is a supplement that I had proven to work for me by strengthening my nails so I’d rather purchase those.

These gummies are such a fun and convenient way to take collagen supplements if you can't stand tablets. The gummies resemble soft raspberry chewy lollies but don't entirely taste like it as they are not all that sweet, although there is sweetener in the gummy formulation. I find the taste quite palatable though as I do not have a preference for sweet foods. The tub is otherwise fairly large and houses 40 gummies. Price point is about $15, which I consider quite affordable. Recommended intake is 2 gummies per day - I note from the reviews and the description on this page that the recommended intake is 3 gummies per day but instructions on the tub state 2 gummies a day and this is what I have stuck to. Unfortunately, collagen supplements are not the type of product from which you can see immediate visible results so I did not see any change in my skin, or my hair and nail growth. Bear in mind there is also only 15.2% collagen in the gummies.

They help to support the smoothing of wrinkles, skin firmness and elasticity with specialised type 1 and 3 collagen in about 4 weeks. They also help to strengthen hair and nails. The serving suggestion is adults take 3 gummies daily. Collagen declines with age so a supplement such as these can be beneficial. Rebuilding collagen production, the gummies helping skin naturally from within. The gummies remind me a little of a raspberry lolly. Dome in shape with a flat base. Pale strawberry in colour with a translucent white base. They feel soft and bouncy between fingers. The gummies smell sweet and fruity. Taste is berry flavour, sweet and delicious. It is hard not to continually eat them like a lolly but be warned they can have a laxative effect. They are chewy and soft. A great supplement, beneficial results in the long run. Easy to take and easy to incorporate with daily diet. Packaged in Australia from imported ingredients.
