    QV Intensive with Ceramides Hydrating Body Wash is an intensive moisturising body wash that helps prevent dryness and helps skin maintain optimal hydration levels. Ceramides are naturally-occurring lipids that make up 40 to 50 per cent of the skin’s outer lipid layer and are essential in retaining moisture and preserving the skin’s barrier.  Intensive with Ceramides Light Moisturising Cream contains ceramides 1 and 3 to help reinforce skin’s natural barrier plus niacinamide and lactic acid to help promote ceramide synthesis and offers 24 hour moisturisation from the first application. QV Intensive with Ceramides offers a full circle approach in the prevention and management of eczema symptoms helping to reinforce the skin barrier, minimising skin irritation and keeping vital moisture in.  Dermatologically, paediatrician and opthalmologically tested. Soap, fragrance, colour and preservative free. Allergen free.

    Perfect for eczema prone skin

    This was a savior for my baby. I know this is not a baby specific product but I was willing to give it a try because I was struggling to find a body wash that wouldn´t dry my child's dermatitis prone skin and I was lucky to find that product.
    It is gentle and hydrating, my child's skin doesn´t flare up and is left smooth.

    Ideal For...: 
    babies who have dry skin.

    Suitable for very dry, itchy and/or irritable skin.

    So impressed with these products, especially the intensive hydrating wash with ceramides for very dry, itchy and/or irritable skin. They keep our whole family’s eczema prone skin, hydrated and soothed, and itch free!     Hard to use

    I purchased this to try because I already love the QV gentle body wash. This product has ceramides, niacinamide and lactic acid if I'm correct which were the major reasons why I purchased it. What I really don't like about this product is that it does not lather or foam at all, making it hard to use with a lofa or even your bare hands. The scent is also weird, but I didn't buy it for the scent. Because it does not lather and becuase this makes showering unpleasant, I only used this product twice before I returned the original QV gentle wash.

    First aid for very dry skin

    Each winter my skin gets very dry and I need to moisturise more frequently and use non - drying shower gels etc. Those solutions have always been a bit 'hit and miss' and I usually still have issues with uncomfortable skin; however a couple of weeks ago my skin was particularly dry and very uncomfortably itchy to the point where I was having trouble falling asleep. A chemist recommended QV Intensive with ceramides Body Wash and from the first shower I felt relief; with subsequent showers my skin felt ever more comfortable. I've now been using it once a day for almost 2 weeks and my skin is soft and supple and the rashes I had from scratching at itchy skin have all cleared up. This product is a little expensive but it's worth every cent.

    Any Tips?: 
    Use in conjunction with QV Intensive moisturizing cream for additional skin nourishment.
