I think what helps me is not simply hydrating, but also using a good exfoliating scrub that has natural oils in it, so it works to both get rid of dead skin cells and helps the fresh layer of skin absorb all the moisture.

I would love to purchase any of these products--however, I'm on a tight budget! Any other good options that might be a little easier on my bank account? Thanks!
