Nice. I am a dark chocolate eater, yet I only eat milk if I am super stressed with work.

Yes love it, butonly when I make it. No cow's breast milk included in it (since I am not a baby any more, cow's lol). Just cacao, coconut butter and dates. Yummo

This week milk chocolate is good for you, next week it'll give you cancer... I think you can eat what you want, as long as it is in moderation!!!!!

Cancer claims are actually true, but because of dairy. It does lead to prostate cancer (extremely direct strong link), uterine cancer and breast. Messes up with hormone function..Just eat dairy free chockies and you'll be fine! :).

If you analyze the diets of those they are savoury snackers and salty takeaway eaters (especially those with added flavour enhancers, stimulating certain brain receptors and causing addiction), so their brains are wired differently. Or in people who are alcoholics

I eat some chocolate most days. I don't smoke, drink alcohol or tea or coffee. I think we all need something that we indulge in & as long as we eat healthily most of the time we should be allowed to treat ourselves. Life would be pretty boring if we were always good! Also I grew up with a sister who was always on a diet. She would be super strict & then end up binging on all the wrong things. I always said I would never live like that.

I love Dark chocolate and also Milk chocolate and i think this year I wont be getting any as with the rest of my move taking me well into Easter I wont be seeing anyone as no one wants to come when theres a move in progress and; and I couldnt get any Easter Eggs as out local Supermarket ran out of all Easter Eggs yesterday. I rarely eat chocolate anymore, but if you do, don't feel guilty! I'd be willing to bet the reason this study showed people who ate chocolate are less stressed is because they're allowing themselves a "reward", which makes you feel good!
"Mars Bars for all" is a bit misleading though BH (even if it's tongue in cheek!) - they're not really chocolate, just pure sugar from the caramel & nougat.

I prefer milk or white chocolate.
I've used the Palmers lip balm in the past and it's delicious.

Perfect timing for easter! I wonder if they struggled finding non-chocolate eaters for this study

I eat chocolate every single day...and I know that's probably not good for me. But I also eat well and work out so hopefully it balances in some way! I'm super excited that milk has health benefits too!

I have always loved dark chocolate, even as a kid. These days I can even handle 99%!!! I honestly find that 1-2 squares is plenty to satisfy any cravings :-)

Mmmmm chocolate...
I also don't mind the smell of my teenage son's Lynx Temptation deodorant - smells like chocolate. Yum! And I love the fact that he is actually using deodorant!
Perfect timing for this article with all the chocolate at my place at the moment ;-)
