Best weight loss programs to suit every woman

When it comes to weight loss programs, what works for one woman won’t necessarily work for another.

We all have different priorities and preferences when it comes to diet and exercise. For example, some women dig group exercise, while others love to get their sweat on outdoors. Some women hate cooking (I know, shock horror!), while others can’t wait to whip out a wok.

The good news is, there’s a weight loss program out there to suit everyone. Not convinced? Well, I’ve done the research for you…

For those who can’t get to a gym – Fernwood’s 12 Week Challenge

Fernwood’s biggest weight loss and body transformation event of the year kicks off every March. Available in clubs and online, it aims to transform your mind and body and help you achieve life-changing results. The best part? It gives you the flexibility to compete online (or combine your online program with hands-on coaching and support in a club, if you can get there). Oh, and in addition to weekly workouts, you’ll also receive full meal plans, shopping lists and recipes tailored to your body type, as well as mindset sessions and a journal to track your results.

While you won’t get to sweat it out with sexy Sam in person, you will get to follow his 28-minute video workout every day for a month. The workouts feature five different levels of intensity and incorporate everyday household items as equipment. The program also features weekly meal plans and mindfulness tips. #Winning.
