Foods that burn calories

There are two things women want in life: to eat and to lose weight. It may sound like you need to choose one or the other, but where there’s a will, there’s a way. And in this case, the trick is eating foods that actually burn more calories than they contain. They’re called ‘negative calorie’ foods. Now, we’re not saying to change your entire diet so you’re only eating these foods, but including some of them in your meals or snacks can’t hurt!
Did you know about negative calorie foods? Do you eat any of the above foods on a regular basis?

I have never really eaten grapefruit (my mum's can't have it because of her medication) and so we generally don't buy it. I cannot stand celery (only a small amount in a cooked meal, papaya has a weird sweet taste that I do not like and I cannot stomach chilli. I like all of the others :)

I think this is one of my favourite articles on BH to date. I didn't know there were negative calorie foods- yay! I love eating apples. If you slice them up when you're really hungry it feels like you're having way more and it makes you full. Now you'll burn calories too. Done deal.

I don't like grapefruit either but that's good because I can't eat it with the medication I'm on.

I eat and adore all but chilies. They can not be eaten as a meal, so I do not. Regular peppers I do love though
