Jessica Alba's is the closest it comes to putting the required amount of greens in. A lot of these are fruit smoothies with added greens as an afterthought!
You can reduce the fruit content and they will still taste delicious!

I liked the other ones too but I would leave out the coconut water. Besides the fact that I'm just not a huge coconut fan the saturated fats and high sugar content offset many of the benefits of drinking it in the first place. Would also save money by adding regular water or ice if it needed extra liquid.

Could make a mix of the first smoothie and the last one with an addition of chai seeds. That would be good.

Just decided to make smoothie this morning....placed some superb aussie walnuts in, then looked around what else to throw in....then added some chia, then fresh black Iranian dates....then I thought....naaaaaaaaa, if I throw anything fruity of green, it will ruin it, and threw in coconut water and raw cacao nibs (huge handful). So yup, ended up getting thick chocolate 'drink' =D

I love smoothies, green smoothies too, in the morning I like to start my day with a very easy smoothie/ drink made of water, ice cubes, whole lemon or lime ( skin too), a spoon of honey and a big bunch of parsley. It is yum and so healthy.

I have been doing smoothies and juicing as my nutritionist said it absorbs a lot better in liquid form than actually eating it whole

That's interesting to know. I have wondered whether it is just better to eat the ingredients whole or blended into a smoothie.

Love the sounds of Jamie's one!
Edit: just made it and drank it - amazing! I also put some frozen chunks of mango in it and a whole apple and topped it with lots of ice. Gave half to hubby and we both loved it. Will be doing this again - great for a hot day like right now - 41.5 degreees.

Yummmm I just made Jamie Olivers Smoothie as I had all the ingredients here. However, I didn't have a frozen banana so I used a fresh one from the fridge and added a couple of ice cubes! Perfectly delicious!
