Beyoncé launches vegan food delivery service
To say we’re envious of Beyoncé’s post-baby bod would be an understatement, but now Queen Bey’s kindly sharing the secret to her look with the masses: her vegan diet.
Yep, the singer’s announced she’s launching a vegan meal delivery program with the help of her personal trainer, Marcos Borges.
The meals, which range in price from US$9.76 to US$16.50, are completely plant-based and free from gluten, soy and dairy.
The menu includes dishes like curry-fried rice with vegetables, almond berry breakfast loaf and fajita breakfast beans.
In a statement, Beyoncé said she was excited about the venture and grateful that she “took the challenge”. She was also full of praise for Marcos:
“He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him.”
Apparently, the superstar was inspired to start the service after participating in the 22 Days Nutrition challenge with husband Jay Z back in 2013. Remember these pro-vegan snaps from her Instagram?

Sadly for Bey’s Aussie admirers, it looks like the food service will only be available in the US.
But if it’s any consolation, a recent study showed the majority of vegans eventually return to eating meat.
Thankfully, if you think you’d fall into this category, you can still embrace veganism with vegan beauty products. We love the nourishing Original Source Shea Butter & Honey Shower Gel ($4.40, 0800 287 766) and Lush Cupcake Fresh Face Mask. And if you’re serious about vegan beauty, you can even use vegan beauty tools, such as the WOTNOT Vegan Cosmetic Brush Set.
Would you try Beyoncé’s vegan diet? Have you ever tried using vegan beauty products?
