Beyoncé says she will never repeat this post-baby workout

Beyoncé recently gave birth to her twins, Rumi and Sir Carter. Congratulations, Queen Bey (and hooray for big sister, Blue Ivy!).
But the extra baby on the hip isn't the only thing Beyoncé will be doing differently this time around – she also plans on taking it a little easier post-birth.

The singer reportedly lost a huge 30kg after giving birth to Blue in 2012, blaming pressure to perform on the hurried weight loss mission. The question on everyone’s lips at the time? How on earth did she lose so much weight?
"I ate a very low-calorie diet. I stayed away from red meat and ate a lot of fish, and replaced pasta and rice with quinoa," Beyoncé said.
"I always have breakfast, say, scrambled egg whites, a vegetable smoothie, or whole-grain cereal with low-fat milk. For lunch and dinner, I eat a lot of fish and vegetables. And throughout the day, I try to stay hydrated."
The singer also mentioned that she combined this diet with lots of sweaty cardio dance workouts to get her body moving.

It wasn’t all work and no play for Queen Bey, though.
"I always treated myself to one meal on Sundays when I can have whatever I want. Usually it’s pizza, which is my favourite indulgence," she added.

The good news is, the singer won't be going back to the same intense post-baby weight loss regimen after the birth of her twins.
All things going to plan, her day job will take a back seat: "I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again!" Jay-Z’s other half told America's Shape magazine.
Good on you for putting your health and wellbeing first, Bey!
Are you shocked by Beyoncé's previous post-baby weight loss? Do you think there's too much pressure on female celebrities to lose their baby weight quickly?

30 kg is insane. Having a personal chef must help.

Celebrities have lot of support in terms of baby care, nannies, fitness trainer, chef to prepare meals, dietitian, access to beast spas and salons. So weight loss is easier when you have a lot taken care of.

I didnt gain enough weight during pregnancy. So after child birth I was lighter than my pre-pregnancy weight.

I'm always suprised at how quickly celebrities lose weight! It's crazy! A personalised chef is definitely something you would want to help with this process haha

Beyonce is hard working. That song she sang at that UN day in 2012 was amazing - she's beautiful.

Def too much pressure to loose weight after a baby - you just need to enjoy them and make the most of having a new born the rest will come with time :)

I think there is too much pressure put on women who want that Baby Weight off. Its hard and I really think that they should take time for themselves and their babies.

Of course there's too much pressure on celebrities to lose weight. I wish that people would leave them alone.

Not a shock at all... It is so very sad that she felt so much pressure.... Usually it takes months to lose the weight and I can't understand the need for the pressure.... Let it happen naturally!!!

30 kg is not "baby weight".

Yes. Shouldn't the question on everyone's lips be, "Why did she put on so much weight when she was pregnant?"

No red meat at all sounds quite dangerous given it sounds like she possibly could have been anaemic.

No red meat is preferable for excellent health. When pregnant and even before pregnancy, now even is a must to go off fish too (too toxic to fetus)

She looks good but it doesn't sound like a whole lot of food! I don't think I'd bother with scrambled egg whites
