Stress relief for your zodiac sign

Stress affects everybody, but suitable coping mechanisms vary from person to person. If you are looking for a new, effective method to calm your mind and soothe your soul, then pay attention to the following…
ARIES

I'm a Gemini :) Always struggle with staying focused and if I fall out of routine I'm totally hopeless for days.
The gym helps but again I get easily distracted but it has helped a lot. Spot on though, this is a great post!

The one thing that helps most with my stress is to play outside with my dog. When I spend time with her I always feel at ease. Pets have an amazing power to sense your stress and soothe that

Just noticed....need for discipline, 'hard' on yourself....yup. Yoga is perfect for that the most, though. Love the pics of the signs. As many say, I do not follow astrology or believe in anything like this, but it is fun nonetheless!

love this! I did martial arts when 18ish and early 20s for a while...then I was all over the place ("stress"?)and it really made a difference! Now I am in bliss state all the time, so turned to yoga recently as it suits me better. I know 'stress' only as a concept, forgot what it feels like!

I'm an Aquarian and this doesn't sound like me at all, not a creative bone in my body. However I was born 7 weeks premature so really shouldn't have been an Aquarian at all. I find exercise helps manage my stress levels.

I do keep to do lists but perhaps I need to also write down things I'm grateful for. I a man also thinking about adding in a weekly yoga class. I've always felt I'm too busy for something like yoga but I realise my mind needs something like that to help with things like stress (and being too busy!)

love the cute pics, mine is a water sign so I love relaxing in a luxurious bath while reading or watching a movie on my computer - there's a whole world of relaxation in my bathroom lol
