Oil Garden Breathe Easier is a refreshing and therapeutic essential oil blend. Essential oils in the blend help bring relief to those suffering with cold and flu symptoms naturally. Key oils in the blend include corn mint, eucalyptus and thyme. To relieve sinusitis and the symptoms of colds and flu, add three to five drops of Breathe Easier to one litre of steaming water, cover the head and inhale the vapour. Alternatively add three to five drops to 10mL of base oil and massage directly into the chest area as required. Not to be used on children under two years of age without medical advice. Active ingredients: Corn Mint, Eucalyptus and Thyme.
