Problem solving teas

Up until a year ago, I didn’t fancy tea very much. I think it’s definitely one of those things you appreciate as you get older. Plus, I only ever tried English Breakfast tea growing up, and I never really liked it. I’m much more of a herbal tea drinker, which works for me as I like variety in my day and there are so many to choose from! I used to sip on any flavour, but now I also take into account how I’m feeling.
You’re probably wondering what I mean by that. Basically, different herbal teas have different health benefits, so by choosing a certain type of tea, you can heal or boost certain body functions. Check out the chart below to find out what teas can help with what ailments - who knows, you may become a convert!
Have you tried these teas? Did you know herbal teas had specific health benefits?

LOVE IT. GREAT ARTICLE. Did not know that dandelion is great for menopause, even though its a liver cleaner. Chamomile and peppermint teas are great to drink during the menses; even with no PMS. Peppermint tea is a great study and focus/concentration tonic for me too.

Quality Japanese green tea is the best, you keep it in the freezer and it lasts for ages.

This article is great. I am a great Tea fan. My most favourite tea is Licorice tea. Licorice tea is good if you have a cough. It helps to treat the cough fast. especially if it is a wet mucus persistent cough (yuck) I also love fruit tisanes and they are great ice cold especially in summer.
