Best advice - don’t follow fads. Go back to basics. Don’t complicate things and consistency is key! Find an exercise that you love so that it’s not a chore but a way of life!!

I'd love to get into fitness - by the time I finish work I'm ready to go to bed though! Hopefully I'll ge the time. I always try to eat well and keep junk food and sugary foods and drinks to treats/special occasions only though.
