How to burn calories after an Easter chocolate binge

Hands up who already has post-chocolate guilt?
If you ask us, a Lindt bunny is always worth it, but if you'd like to make it through the Easter holiday without sudden weight gain, AND enjoy the best Cadbury has to offer, you'll need to create some balance with exercise.

Thankfully, the Biggest Loser Club knows how to burn the exact calories each Easter treat is worth. So we've matched our favourites with the exercises needed (and amount of time you'll need to do them) for a woman of average height, weighing around 70 kg.
And luckily, most can be done while adhering to social distancing rules too!

In addition to the above, consider upping your daily intake of healthy foods that burn calories too, to further minimise the damage!
What's your favourite kind of exercise? And more importantly, what's your favourite Easter treat?

I love a good workout - love mixing it up but perhaps cyclinh is my favourite. I have overindulged this Easter but I am glad it is a defined amount of time and once it's over I'm back to eating (and drinking!) mindfully

I resisted over easter so no worrying about that, but I do need to take off a few kilos anyway so ive told my partner to take me for a training session tonight to make it a bit more fun. He works with a PT a lot so he has a good idea of what to do. It doesnt cost anything and theres motivation for both of us!

This is interesting. I'm lucky this doesn't affect me as I don't need to lose weight so I enjoy eating chocolate without feeling guilty.

I absolutely despise calorie counting too - it's depressing & I'd rather have the freedom to enjoy whatever it is I want to eat without feeling guilty or having to do the math. That said, if I had a punching bag, it'd be getting a workout....I did have a number of hot cross buns this Easter! (No chocolate for me, although I did eat a bit of a chocolate dessert on Sunday.) I personally enjoy walking, dancing and (when the opportunity arises) swimming. I have a number of stairs in my house, so walking up & down them all day helps to keep me fit I'd say.

When you look at the stats you think " holy cow" and maybe think twice before you put another piece of chocolate in your mouth!
