How to burn calories after an Easter chocolate binge

Hands up who already has post-chocolate guilt?
If you ask us, a Lindt bunny is always worth it, but if you'd like to make it through the Easter holiday without sudden weight gain, AND enjoy the best Cadbury has to offer, you'll need to create some balance with exercise.

Thankfully, the Biggest Loser Club knows how to burn the exact calories each Easter treat is worth. So we've matched our favourites with the exercises needed (and amount of time you'll need to do them) for a woman of average height, weighing around 70 kg.
And luckily, most can be done while adhering to social distancing rules too!

In addition to the above, consider upping your daily intake of healthy foods that burn calories too, to further minimise the damage!
What's your favourite kind of exercise? And more importantly, what's your favourite Easter treat?

To be honest I was pretty surprised by the amount of chocolate eaten at Easter in Australia! We do give one another chocolate bunnies or eggs in Poland, but we eat them later, in the next month or so. That said, I can't help myself when I see a Lindt bunny.... I wouldn't eat it in one go though.

Well that's a bit frightening and depressing lol! I have a cold right after Easter so couldn't be moving much less than I have been this week :/

If the chocolate I'm eating isn't listed, there's no exercise needed to burn off the calories right?

pssht, I just think eat what you want and enjoy the exercise you want. You don't need to work off anything if you dont want to! Eat and be happy!!!!!

Would be nice to know how many hours of vacuuming and washing walls etc will burn off. The things most women would do that do not have access to a gym.

At least Easter eggs don't interest me - I want super good quality chocolate when I indulge and Easter eggs often miss out on quality.
