How to burn calories after an Easter chocolate binge

Hands up who already has post-chocolate guilt?
If you ask us, a Lindt bunny is always worth it, but if you'd like to make it through the Easter holiday without sudden weight gain, AND enjoy the best Cadbury has to offer, you'll need to create some balance with exercise.

Thankfully, the Biggest Loser Club knows how to burn the exact calories each Easter treat is worth. So we've matched our favourites with the exercises needed (and amount of time you'll need to do them) for a woman of average height, weighing around 70 kg.
And luckily, most can be done while adhering to social distancing rules too!

In addition to the above, consider upping your daily intake of healthy foods that burn calories too, to further minimise the damage!
What's your favourite kind of exercise? And more importantly, what's your favourite Easter treat?

This a great reminder that should be published before easter.

If only I could restrain myself from eating all that chocolate, but it just tastes so damned good!

Someone's reading my mind. Been Spring Cleaning (early I know) over the last two weekends to burn those calories.

I'm actually not a huge chocolate fan. So, I only ever usually have one creme egg - that one is actually less calories than I had expected. Interesting.

You are a rarity in the human race! I've only heard two or three people say that they don't like to eat much chocolate.

I do not calorie count but I ate a lot of eggs over easter so will have to start hitting the gym to burn them off.

Out of all of them, walking for 45mins for a Lindt chocolate doesn't seem so bad after all!

I love going for a swim which I'm about to do with my daughters at the beach. I also love to walk/run my husky girl through rural areas. I like picking out a new road to explore which is enveloped in Australian bush - there's always something new to see or discover.

This year 2018......I was very good. I ate my Bilby just a little bit every now and then. He still has ears, head and feet. Hubby scoffed his down in one go.
I can't do too much exercise but I do have a exercise bike and do what I can with floor exercises and try and cut out cake and other food now.

I made a cherry ripe slice to serve for Easter. I made a double batch and I’ve still got leftovers. I keep finding excuses to go into the kitchen. And while I’m there hmm I’ll just open the fridge. Ooh look what I’ve found. Then rush to tidy up the crumbs so I don’t get busted. I need to get back onto my exercise bike. I’m happy with 15 minutes 3 times a week.

I'd rather walk than do any of the other exercises on the list.

This is silly. Your body burns calories at rest

I haven't even opened my Lindt bunny yet. I like to go for long, fast walks for exercise.

I don't think it's possible for me to burn off the amount of chocolate I ate this year!

More than happy to walk for 45 minutes in exchange for a standard sized Lindt milk chocolate bunny. Would do the same for a dark chocolate one though - better :)

I had 1 Lindt Bunny (but it was 100g!) and about 6 solid Cadbury little easter eggs, and a small Red Tulip bunny - not sure how many cals or kj's or what I need to do to work it off - IT WAS SO WORTH IT!
