How to burn calories after an Easter chocolate binge

Hands up who already has post-chocolate guilt?
If you ask us, a Lindt bunny is always worth it, but if you'd like to make it through the Easter holiday without sudden weight gain, AND enjoy the best Cadbury has to offer, you'll need to create some balance with exercise.

Thankfully, the Biggest Loser Club knows how to burn the exact calories each Easter treat is worth. So we've matched our favourites with the exercises needed (and amount of time you'll need to do them) for a woman of average height, weighing around 70 kg.
And luckily, most can be done while adhering to social distancing rules too!

In addition to the above, consider upping your daily intake of healthy foods that burn calories too, to further minimise the damage!
What's your favourite kind of exercise? And more importantly, what's your favourite Easter treat?

Yeah I'm glad I've got some I purchased a few weeks ago for my family for easter. I wouldn't want to have tohead into the shops atm. I've also learnt to make bread in the last couple of days so I don't have to buy bread at the shops all the time.

Very restrained this Easter and only had a couple of mini Easter buns and a few bits of chocolate - no guilt whatsoever!

I enjoy chocolates and I can actually live with jogging 60 mins to burn off 100g chocolate. Not that bad.

Luckily I work out fairly often. I did make sure I didn’t get too much chocolate this year, but hot cross buns are my weakness.

I'm underweight so I need the extra calories anyway. Zero regrets and not sorry about stuffing my face with candy. :-)

This article makes me feel incredibly happy I didn't go nuts on chocolate. I had a couple of teeny tiny eggs and that was it!

I hate reading this means this! It's not entirely accurate! You have to still enjoy food! Eat mostly good but treat yourself and Do something active everyday ! Most importantly ... If you want some chocolate... Eat it ! Haha but if you think you have a chocolate problem .. .. then ..it's prob time to be getting into healthier substitutes (me ) Haha

I love that my favourite Easter treat (Cadbury Creme Egg) is up there with dance being the exercise to shake it all off!
My favourite exercises would be mat pilates with lots of crunches and obliques work - that will get those chocolate calories for sure!
