How to burn calories after an Easter chocolate binge

Hands up who already has post-chocolate guilt?
If you ask us, a Lindt bunny is always worth it, but if you'd like to make it through the Easter holiday without sudden weight gain, AND enjoy the best Cadbury has to offer, you'll need to create some balance with exercise.

Thankfully, the Biggest Loser Club knows how to burn the exact calories each Easter treat is worth. So we've matched our favourites with the exercises needed (and amount of time you'll need to do them) for a woman of average height, weighing around 70 kg.
And luckily, most can be done while adhering to social distancing rules too!

In addition to the above, consider upping your daily intake of healthy foods that burn calories too, to further minimise the damage!
What's your favourite kind of exercise? And more importantly, what's your favourite Easter treat?

Its crazy how many calories a tiny piece of chocolate has.

I am pacing myself over here and trying not to have too much sweets (sometimes it works, sometimes it does not), but I am trying to establish a morning exercise routine of push ups, planks and walk the doggo.

Not a worry here this year. No chocolate in the house and I wont be going to the supermarket until at least next Thursday. No Easter Chocolate here.

I'm not a massive chocolate fan but I do enjoy a yearly treat of some creme eggs! I've been keeping up gym sessions but outside while the weather is still good.

If I’m going to put a chocolate in my mouth, I’m going to exercise.

I don't love exercise, but it's needed with all of this extra snacking I have been doing

Do the trips to the fridge count as exercise? :)

Definitely won't be bingeing on Chocolate this Easter but will have to watch desserts like Tiramisu.

Best chocolate ever is Haighs, but due to current circumstances we can’t get into the City to buy some. But I’m sure we will enjoy our Lindt.

My treats? Fruits and peanuts. Every day. Easter? Fruits and peanuts =D
Since my body loves fuel I give it to...I'm not fussy about "exercise". Just relaxing...

I wouldn't mind having to dance for just 1/2 hour for one of those deliciious creme eggs. Use to love them before I found I can't eat dairy!! Now I occasionally have dairy-free choccies but they are not as good as a creme egg.

There is a dairy free creme egg by the brand called Mummy Meagz but I believe they are sold in the UK. I've never had it before but it looks good!

If I don’t buy it, it’s not here and I can’t eat it. Simple. But hubby and I have bought each other a Lindt bunny for Easter. I think the dog will be happy with that because she will get some extra walks. I don’t normally eat chocolate etc. I stay away from it.

I've already gained weight since this whole isolation/staying at home situation started. I have to stop snacking so much

So have I. I need to both curb my sweet tooth + stop baking for a little while, then up the exercise regimen.

I have been baking a lot as well as I find it's a great way to pass the time. I made cinnamon sugar donuts but stopped myself after having two. I have been trying to go on a walk at least once a day to increase my physical activity and try to burn off what I've eaten

Me too. Eating for Australia. Unbelivable that a hollow egg has that many calories.

I just don't buy or eat them. Most are made from a really cheap chocolate with lots of sugar added. If you eat them, check which country they are from.

The time it takes to burn off really puts things into perspective for me!
