How to burn calories after an Easter chocolate binge
Hands up who already has post-chocolate guilt? If you ask me, that Lindt bunny was totally worth it, but in order to make it through the Easter holiday without sudden weight gain, I'm going to really have to stay on top of my exercise.
Thankfully, the Biggest Loser Club knows how to burn calories. This is how much each Easter treat will cost in calories, and these are some matching exercises that a woman of average height, weighing 70 kg would have to complete in order to burn off each treat:
