Are hidden braces working?
About three and a half months ago, bh’s Annalise became beautyheaven’s guinea pig and had Incognito™ Lingual Braces applied – first to her bottom teeth, and then a month later, to her top teeth.
So what’s her verdict so far? Has there been an improvement? Can she notice any changes?
Watch the video above to find out what bh’s Annalise has to say about the hidden braces…
Have you ever had braces before? What do you think about Annalise’s progress?

I will be getting braces this year. I hope I am a candidate for these braces.

I'm glad I never needed braces. Seems like it's complicated

Are these the same as traditional braces only invisible, or a completely new ballgame? I still have scaring on the inside of my cheeks from having braces as a child. I would have loved to have skipped that, and the slurred speech for 2 years argh!

after reading about these on your blog a few months ago i looked them up and booked an appointment with the orthodonist in the area, but they said they couldnt do the incognito on me, and that i had to get normal braces.... :( so devastated, got them put on last week....i look hideous!

I know these 'hidden braces' are more expensive than normal ones, and I think they are a great alternative for those getting braces at an older age than their teens. My daughter had hers at age 13 for 18 months and she's so glad she had them done and didn't feel out of place as many of her friends also had them. She's had them off for almost a year (still the nightly retainer to wear!) and her teeth and bite are perfect - money well spent, but I wouldn't have paid the extra for hidden braces - I think at the time it was about $1000 more.

They look great. I think for me the final results of my braces was just the most thrilling thing ever. I wish they had these back when I had my metal mouth.

Annalise, you can certainly see some straightening of your teeth....not that they were bad anyway.
Thanks so much for being the guinea pig and sharing with us. I have found this information very informative.

I've never had or needed braces but if I did, I think the hidden braces would be worth looking into.

The incognito braces are such a great idea. Its amazing who well they are working and you dont have the horrid train tracks in your mouth! My daughters will both need braces so I will be inquiring about this fantastic product. Thanks for this article - I had never heard of behind the teeth braces before.
