Wondering how to remove cellulite? I for one was not blessed with cellulite-free genes, but I have some tips that have helped me reduce my cellulite-laden legs.

From cellulite removal exercises, to a good quality cellulite cream, there are many things you can use to help eliminate cellulite (and improve your health at the same time).

1. Cleanse

Cleansing your body’s insides with a diet of clean, pure foods is a simple and healthy way to see a decrease in the dreaded ‘orange-peel’. Eliminating pasta, red meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol and caffeine for a week will really help to jump-start your body transformation. While I found it extremely difficult for the first two days (I am an avid Diet Coke consumer, so not having a daily dose of caffeine caused some anger), the end result was well worth it. 2. Exercise

One does not achieve a cellulite-free body by sitting on their butt. Prioritise cellulite removal exercises into your day and you will also feel more energised and productive. One hour of exercise is only 4 per cent of your day, so get moving, even if it is a short stroll. My favourite way to start seeing a drastic improvement in cellulite is via Hypoxi. Thirty minutes of pedalling is equivalent to 2.5 hours of training and for only $69 a session, it is definitely an investment in your summer-ready body.

3. Cellulite creams
