hi Eleni and how can I join for the first time?

    • 2 yrs, 6 mths ago

      G`day, Joe!

You need to be a silver member before you can join a trial team. Details about the Rewards Program are also at the top right of the page. Silver is 351+ points, so write some reviews to get those points up.

It`s much easier to join in the action on the forum using the Latest tab – that`s what the regulars do.

Hi Joebaker32 , I`m not sure how you found this old forum thread but I don`t think anyone is reading it anymore. If you are referring to joining a Trial Team then on the top right hand side of this page you will see it listed, just click on that and it will give you more info about joining.

Thanks for being patient with us, the word limit issue has now been resolved.
This was a technical issue and no fault at all of new members. Please speak with kindness when participating in forums, bh is a welcoming space for all members, both new and long-standing.

Not that I wanted to trial this product, but I note that a lot of the very short reviews come from pretty new members. There are 10 members of this trial (of those who’ve submitted their reviews thus far) with 5 or fewer reviews in total (some only have 1, including this one) and several more with 10 or fewer reviews.

This is why the trial teams should go back to having more stringent qualifying criteria. Members should have more experience in reviewing products and in general participating in the BH community before being able to join a trial team. There are more than enough of us out here.

      Completely agree with you!

MerryGoRound I have trialed a few products but members need to understand the rules regarding some trials requiring you to write 150 words minimum, with completing a Survey as well and others where you can write 50 words minimum.
Members need to read and reread the email sent to them, regarding the trial they are on.
This Forum was here to explain things to members that didn`t understand, and they were free to ask questions.

        With you 100% Margi

I was just bleating about the fact that the peeps who don’t seem to be able to follow the rules tend to be newcomers, while there are loyal long-term members who miss out on trials time and again.

    Lucky to trial this product.

    Hey there,

Due to a technical issue the review count limit hasn’t seemed to be put on some of the reviews for the Summer’s Eve trial and a number of reviews have fallen short of the count. We are working to fix this now.
We will be asking that those reviews be re-submitted and to meet the word count.
    Thanks!

Do you think I should dob on them and tell Eleni how short their reviews are?

It does say in the email we received that our reviews must have a minimum word count of 150.

    • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

I think that’s part of the obligation that goes with the benefit of getting free stuff to test. And they have all received the communication saying there is a 150 word minimum, plus it’s all over the general TT and review information pages too.

I also feel that BH should be policing it, the community shouldn’t have to. I’ve submitted a couple of regular reviews this weekend and the 50 word minimum counter is on them, so I don’t see why it shouldn’t automatically apply 150 minimum for TT reviews too, but if it’s not counting automatically then the BH team have to ensure the minimum is met. Fair’s fair.

Disappointed by how short many of these reviews are, and someone reviewed it twice?

    • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Just doing my review now, and it doesn`t track your word count like it used to.

      • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Fifi_m You have to count up your words after you do your Review and click on submit it will take You straight to the Survey make sure that you fill in all of the boxes.

      • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Thanks Margi – I used Word to do my word count 🙂

    • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Lisa359 we have to write a review that is 150 words or more by the 11th November. Also you have a Survey to do as well.

The other reviews for this product were allowed to be shorter reviews, ours have to be much longer unfortunately.

      • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

        I know Margi59 I have done both.
Some of the trial team reviews look too short to me.

      • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Just checked and there are several that are wayyy too short

      • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Agreed. There are a few that I can see that are only 2-3 sentences.

  • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

It’s not something I expected to trail but so far so good. When do we have to review by?

    • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

The 11th , you should have a email with the details and a link to the review.

  • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

Not something I would personally use.

Summer’s Eve Intimate products also make Wipes available as well as the wash, they would be good in situations where there isn’t any water available, and the wash would also help to keep you fresh and clean and smelling nice, if you had or getting over having your periods as well.

I had a sample pack that I threw in my handbag. Pulled them out to wipe my son`s face and my friends were horrified lol. It`s just a wipe!

    • 4 yrs, 4 mths ago

I had forgotten all about these. I have used them before. I seem to recall them being in individual packets. Really handy to keep in your handbag for those ‘just in case’ moments. I can’t recall, but I got a handful of them as a sample from somewhere. I quite liked them.
