    As the skin care rule of thumb goes: your face ends at your nipples. But this year we are ramping up the TLC shown towards the rest of our body by paying a little more attention to the skin outside of our face.

    I scrub using an exfoliating mitt (body scrubs are far too messy IMO & leave crap everywhere) & then moisturise with a lotion, butter or oil, depending on what I have. Big fan of Weleda's Skin Food Light - really wish they made it in a bigger tube! - and have become a bit of a fan of A Bit Hippy's Serene Skin Moisturiser lately (trying to squirrel this one away for winter as its a bit thick).

    Good reminder. I do tend to neglect body care compared to my face and neck. Other than showering, putting on body lotion and epilating, I don't do much. I do sometimes use facial skincare that are unsuitable for my face on the body though.

    I normally use Cetaphil but it's not made in Australia so I'd like to switch.

    I do tend to miss the bits between face and legs! I shave my legs so they get a lot of moisturising and of course the face/neck get a lot of attention. I love a good scrub, I'm just about to finish my second tub of Natio wellness scrub. The warehouse sale I normally buy this at didn't happen because of Covid but luckily I'm well stocked with other scrubs.
