A painless, non surgical treatment for cellulite reduction and body contouring that really works? If you are wondering if there is any such thing, look no further because ENDERMOLOGIE could be for you!

I am 5 treatments into my Endermologie course, so my final results are still another ten treatments away, but my body (particularly my thighs) are already reaping the rewards!  Endermologie not only targets cellulite, but also stimulates lymphatic circulation and an overall detoxification.

As can be expected with most body treatments, I had to leave my modesty at the door. I undressed to a g-string while my kind and caring therapist carefully assessed my needs, took measurements, and even worse – photographs! These are so my progress can be accurately monitored and I can see the results upon the completion of my course of treatments.  

I then pull on an extremely tight, full body stocking (for modesty and hygiene), and lay face down on the treatment bed. Endermologie is performed using a machine called the Cellu M6 Keymodule Device – a machine which would not look out of place in a sci-fi flick! The device uses mechanical rollers and suction to manipulate the body’s connective tissue. My therapist works on the whole body, and adjusts her manoeuvres to suit particular areas and my concerns. The overall treatment is quite enjoyable, it simply feels like a massage although I am told that some women may experience pain on areas of severe cellulite, but that it should not rate any higher than 4 on a scale of ten. This pain should  subside after the initial few treatments.

Afterwards, I need to go to the toilet immediately due to my lymphatic system being so stimulated, and am advised to consume lots of water to aid detoxification. It is also recommended to do some form of exercise for 30 minutes after the treatment.  My body already feels light, and I have a general sense of wellbeing.
With my ensuing treatments, and an exercise regime I am definitely noticing a difference in my entire body. It is appearing more ‘sculpted’ and the surface of my thighs and bottom is definitely changing.

It is recommended to do a course of about 15 to 20 treatments, and there are treatment centres across Australia, and the world. I am sold on Endermologie, and cannot wait to see what my body looks like in another few weeks! Look out for me on the beach this summer!
