Here's everything you need to know in relation to the delivery of your beautyheaven Rewards haul.
Question: When will I receive my order?
Answer: As usual, please allow four to six weeks for delivery for your haul (from the date the rewards room closes). We will email you with the tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched (so make sure you submit the right email address at the checkout, and your profile is up to date with the correct email too!). All orders are packed and dispatched together, after the shop front has closed.
Question: Did my order go through successfully?
Answer: If your order went through successfully, you will have been shown a screen at the end that said, "Thank you, your order has been successfully placed". To double confirm, please check your bank statement for the card you used, and see whether BEAUTYHEAVN PTY LTD comes up as a vendor you made an outgoing payment to. Thirdly, check whether the points (to the value of your order) were deducted from your beautyheaven member account, (which you can do by checking the 'my beautyheaven' section in the top right corner when you are logged in). If you can't remember your password, you'll need to go through the process to reset this. If any of these things didn't happen, your order most likely didn't process successfully and in which case, email us here with all the details you have.
Question: My products leaked or are broken/smashed in the mail, can you please help?
Answer: In the unlikely event this does happen to you, and if you have not used the product and it appears un-opened, you can send in a photo to show the damage, and if we can clearly see that the product is damaged and cannot be used, we will of course refund your points.
Question? I think my beautyheaven Rewards haul is lost in the mail, can you please help?
Answer: It will take four to six weeks for your haul to arrive. When your haul is dispatched from the warehouse, you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking code. You can track your order using this code. Please note, as per our terms and conditions, beautyheaven holds no responsibility for parcels where the wrong address is provided, or is misplaced during delivery / upon arrival at the designated destination.
