Awsome for young skin!!!

The product is a great way to create an even skin tone and to moisturise. The tint works on all skin tones, I am increadibly pale and it blends so well. It is light on the skin and so really works with the other products in the clean start range to help prevent breakouts. Its ability to even skin tone makes it a viable alternitive to foundation which can be harsh on young skin. I love this product and would happily reccomend it to anyone.

Love it!

It is an all in 1 !! Its a moisturiser which really does moisturise your skin, a sun-screen, and a bit of a light foundation thanks to its natural tint :)

Perfect, except price!

Dermalogica sent me some free samples of some of their Clean Start range and I loved this product! As a young adult, I find I don't need to have too much coverage as it makes me break out quickly. I was able to use this and have a nice, natural look. Only problem is that you pay $45 for only 60mL, which is not very much at all.

pretty tint

it is a very hydrating tinted moisturiser and has a natural colour which needs to be rubbed into skin. soemtimes it settles into blemishes a little because its so lightweight but blends into skin well,

Amazing!

I fell in love with this tinted moisturiser from the first use. It is just a very slight shade lighter than my natural skin, but I like that because it brightens up my skin. It gives a sheer coverage, and makes my skin look smooth and flawless. Very moisturising and I love the fact that it has SPF too so I don't have to apply sunscreen.

I'm so naturally pretty...

...when I use this! I love this I took it to camp and use it most days for school. it has the right colour and consistency and for my oily skin non shiny for longer. I was looking at the ingredients list and it has plenty of breakout fighting things in it, my only thing is I can put anything under it like and extra breakout fighting serum or more mosiuriser foe my cheeks or a spot treatment. it all just balls off and then I have to wash my face all over again. and I use a sponge to put it on, I find I just can't rub it in properly with my hands. besides 2 things this is lovely but I properly will not buy it again seeing as the price is bit too much for me and my nivea young one actually does better.

Smells amazing

I didnt know whether to eat it or use it!
It smells just divine (well to me anyway)
My skin felt silky soft and not greasy.. Really recommend.

Clean Start Brighten Up SPF15

Please forgive me, I know this Dermalogica line is designed for teens but when they launched this range last year and I had the opportunity to nab a few samples I was keen to try it out. It is a multi-tasking lotion, which consists of a shimmery, tinted moisturiser combined sun protection all in the one product. I am weary of tinted moisturisers at the best of times because they always leave my oily skin feeling greasy and looking shiny within hours of application. I can advise however, that this product lives up to the Dermalogica reputation, and is the perfect formula. It is extremely lightweight and absorbs well, leaving a matte finish that stays matte all day long. The coverage is sheer and natural yet it uniquely creates a shimmering finish, while at the same time evens out my skin tone. While matte, it still provides adequate moisture to keep my skin hydrated all day and it has not caused me any irritation or breakouts. It doesn’t block my pores; therefore, my skin didn’t become congested as it tends to after using certain sun protection products. It is ideal for people with oily or acne prone skin as it definitely keeps oil production under control which in turn prevents further pimples forming. Overall, I can say to any teens who are considering this product, it is a 'must have', but make sure you keep it hidden from your mum.

what a beautiful product!

I'm so happy with Brighten Up! Love to wear it on weekends. Keeps me moisturised, protected and without the need to use foundation! Smells great too!
