Tea for your skin?

If we were talking about buzzwords, I’m sure you’d agree that ‘chai’ and ‘green tea’ were right up there. With society becoming increasingly health conscious, more and more people are trading in their daily caffeine hit for a much more detoxifying blend. Yep, teas and herbal drinks are back in vogue – and pretty much taking the world by storm.
Which is why you need to get on board with the buzzwords and give your skin a purifying hit, with the goodness of organic ingredients your body, mind and spirit will love.
Enter Natures Organics, its range of organic care products work wonders on your skin and hair. Ingredients like tea tree oil, roobios extract and olive leaf extract are featured throughout the range, and teamed with detoxifying, purifying ingredients like green tea and chai milk.
Our favourites? Natures Organics Organic Care Chai Milk Exfoliating Shower Crème, as the blend of walnut shell and chai milk fragrance is sure to be the uplifting hit you need to start your day.
Big snaps also need to go to Natures Organics Organic Care Deep Clean Shower Gel, with a green tea essence and mint tea fragrance that will surely be enough to have you feeling completely invigorated and ready to start your day – plus, your skin will feel clean and nurtured, without any chemicals or nasties weighing you down.
What are the most uplifting ingredients you've come across?

I would try these but they're mostly palm oil derived with very little essential oils. When I suggested the company make a palm-free range they fed me a bunch of lies about palm oil being "sustainable" and that their competitors were in fact using "bad ingredients". As someone who has done a lot of research into palm oil plantations and their effects on animal habits, they completely lost my respect after that. I'm also still sceptical how they can sell their products so cheaply while still making a profit and not using cheap filler ingredients.
I think i'll stick to my more expensive natural brands with better ethics. That way I can be kind to my body and to the environment.

I like aloe/cucumber because it smells light and refreshing and known for its cooling properties, but I"m generally a sucker for any products which smells fruity.

I agree with Junope - lemongrass is divine. Although any citrus hit rocks my wavelengths. Love your description of Natures Organics - chai in the shower, delicious!

Green tea, mint, rosemary, rose and violet are 'ingredients' that I find uplifting. I tried a body lotion once with green tea as it's proclaimed ingredient and I have it on my list of products to buy. It really feel like it gave my legs a physical lift. Mint and rosemary in a foot and leg lotions is also something I've experienced to be very upliftting.

I am enjoying using some sample Organic Rose Hip Oil and Green Tea moisturiser at the moment. I cannot believe how much the smell of tea comes through the formula. The Rose Hip Oil seems to make my face feel nice and hydrated as well as feel soft. .......... ###Sandra

I'm kinda stuck on acai berries at the moment, but pomegranate is also one of my favourites. These body washes look and sound teriffic - they're cheap as chips and I'm always up for a new addition to my shower collection :-)
