A-Mazing (Oprah Style)
This product is great - with a little dab on your temples of rubbed into your hands and gently inhaled - it calms, relaxes and settles your mind and body. I gave to all my close friends for Christmas this year and the cult has already started.

Pampering extra
My local Aveda salon offers this as a complimentary extra...I experienced this yesterday and its a really lovely pampering treatment. When the oil is massaged into your temples, the minty scent is really uplifting and and the massage so relaxing.
I floated out of the salon after this treatment and also a hand massage with more lovely Aveda product!

Relaxing
i find this is really a fantastic oil for then i have headaches, aches and pains or just want to be stress free. i just rub the ball on pressure points, on my temple or on areas i want relief. i love the roller ball because it's makes it so easy to apply

Aveda Blue Oil
This oil smells so beautiful and it really does help you to relax and focus. It feels especially amazing when my hairdresser massages it into my temples and then moves into a full scalp massage - pure heaven!

Potent
This is such a great product, the mere fact that I can just roll it onto my temples or any other pulse point is fantastic.
It fixes my migranes and headaches, and also in moments of needed concentration it helps me. The scent is amazing and so quickly relaxes you but still lets you be so alert.
I also love it when my masseur uses it on me before a massage.
