Make your own body scrub

Make your own exfoliant from sea salt and almond oil, mixed with a little essential oil of your choice. Beautiful skin is yours from feet up! It also assists with lymphatic drainage and leaves you with great-feeling, moisturised skin.

This is a great cheap idea. I'm on the look out for an exfoliator but am not sure which one to get at the moment. I might put together something like this using what I have at home.
