How-to: make a blissful bath

When it comes to your bathtime, how often do you take the time to make it a bit more special? Every once in a while, why not pamper yourself and make your bath a relaxing, pampering treat?
Here’s how to make your bath a little more blissful:
1) While running the water, light a candle or two. A scented candle will not only add a wonderful scent to your bathroom, but it will create a peaceful atmosphere, helping you unwind and relax in the bath.
2) Fill your bath with mineral-rich bath salts. Besides adding to the aroma, bath salts help ease stiff or sore muscles and help to remove toxins from the body.
3) Pop a mask on your hair. You’ve got the time, so why not treat your hair while the warm water, bath salts, and candles do their work?
4) Now, sit back and relax.
5) Once out of the bath, pat yourself dry and indulge in La Mer The Body Crème. The body moisturiser will intensely hydrate skin while improving clarity, suppleness, circulation, and firmness.
How do you make a bath blissful?

I don't really have baths, I can't even remember that last time I did so at home apart from when I've been on hoilday. The La Mer cream sounds like a dream, but way too expensive. I'll keep in mind the bath salts though and make an effort to include some bathtime indulgence.

I have baths oftern. My hubby hates them but I find them really relaxing. I lock the door (so hubby and kids can't find me and ask me questions), I turn my phone off, I run a hot radox bath, light candles, light my oil burner and then I lay back and relax. I also take in my Ipod and also a good magazine and I read using my daughter's night light. Then when I get out, I have a huge soft bath sheet and my nice warm soft bathrobe and I cover my self with moisteriser. This is SO relaxing!!! It also helped me when my back was aching when I was pregnant.

I love baths!! They are so relaxing but I often get in trouble for 'hogging' the bathroom. Great tips, another tip is to have a soft, fluffy towel and comfy bathrobe to compensate for when you actually have to end the bath

Baths are one of my fav things about winter!! I get excited when it gets colder cos' then it's bath time! Break out the candles, turn down the lights, add some moisturising bubble bath, put on some relaxing tunes and grab a girly magazine or a book. If I'm in the mood maybe a glass of wine too :)

I don't remember the last time I had a relaxing bath, I only ever take showers because I'm so busy and don't have the time. I'll take the time out to indulge soon though, relaxing in a bath with a hair mask on sounds perfect!

I like to add oils to my bath. They can help you relax. Only add essential oils (like lavender or lemongrass) once you have finished running your bath. Adding the right oil cab also help dry skin etc. Google aromatherapy oils :)

make sure you wear a shower cap so the hair mask doesn't wash off!

Music and candles are a must when you are going to have a long soak in the bath. It is a good place to meditate as well.
