Works but a stinker!

Great for sensitive areas like bikini but a little messy. Stinks out your legs and bathroom for days! On a positive note, leaves skin smooth, soothed and hair free.

Not for me

I used this many years ago and it didn't work on my legs. It removed only a small amount of hair which was extremely frustrating. The smell is also very strong and unpleasant.

this is a good product

it's a good product but the effects don't last long (the hair grows back quickly) and it's very expensive

Not for me

It does the job, but the smell is unbearable and it left the same scent on my skin as well.

This was my first time trying a different hair removal system as an alternative to shaving but I think I'll just stick to my regular routine.

Good but smells bad.

This works really well but smell is a real turn off. It honestly turned me off using it for a while but it does take hair off well so I began using it again.

I thought it would be a quicker process as an alternative to shaving but still took a while. Also I have to leave it longer on my legs than my arms for it to get all the hair.

Good but not great.

I've used this product a number of times now, and have found I used a lot of product to get enough coverage. I've also found I need to leave the product on for as long as recommended, even with finer hair the lesser time just isn't enough. This product does have a strong chemical smell, so opening a window is a must. I have also found it leaves a chemical smell on my skin. I was lucky and never had a reaction, despite having quite sensitive skin. This product works, but would go with something else if I had the choice.

not "sensitive" enough for me

First of all, it has a strong chemical scent to it whenever I just open it up.
Also upon application, my skin got tingly and started to sting, but I waited patiently for a few minutes and when i removed the product and excess hair, I feel like I have peeled off a layer of my skin and it looked raw and red.
But I suppose it did remove/weaken my leg hair. RESPONSE FROM VEET: Hi Sofieahh, we’re sorry to hear that you haven’t had the best experience using the Veet Hair Removal Cream for Sensitive Skin! Veet Hair removal cream

When I first started getting into hair removal and kept cutting my legs with razors, I decided to try hair removal cream, and chose this product because it was designed for sensitive skin. This product does exactly what it says, removed all the hair and left no stubble behind, and didn't irritate my skin at all (even less than razors!). It doesn't have a pleasant smell, but what do you expect for something that dissolves hair?? The only problem I have with this product is that you tend to need to apply alot of it for it to be effective, and seeing as it comes in a 100ml tube, it doesn't go a long way.

Apparently my skin is more sensitive than sensitive.

I used this once, and got a huge rash all over my legs! I have a feeling that something that dissolves hair, just isn't something you should be using on sensitive skin.

Hair Removal

This is pretty much the same as the Dry Skin one. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin or leave my legs feeling dry. You need to use a good amount of this cream and leave it on for the max time as stated on packaging to ensure effective results. I don't shave or use these hair removal creams anymore now that I've gotten myself an epilator.

perfect

I used to use this product to remove hair from my forearms. It worked wonderfully and left my skin smooth, hair-free and moisturised!

reliable

I like using this in winter when I don't really feel like shaving, I just whack it on, cleanse my face and jump in the shower...

Red bikini

I bought this to use in the sensitive bikini line area and it really iriitated my skin. Not a great outcome for that part of the body. It did the job but left some stubble. Not sure if this happens with all hair removal creams as I've only used this one.

A tad too irritating for a sensitive skin formula.

The plus' for this product is that it removes hair effortlessly and effectively from the surface, you're not left with any little short hairs.
However, when I first used it, it horribly irritated my skin (esp. facial areas like the upper lip) and I was left with a massive rash... Concealer was my best friend the next day.
Although a more impressive product than its competitor Nair, the harshness of it is a let down. I recommend moistening the area really well, say with a facial wipe, before applying it. It helps reduce irritation.

Great but not many uses

I loved this when I first started getting into hair-removal. A down side though is that you need a thick layer for the cream to work which gets through the product quickly. You should also definitely wait a little longer than the recommended time for best results.

Great for sensitive skin

Love this product. I used to use another hair removal product which had a really offensive ammonia smell. Veet smells good and really does look after sensitive skin as long as you follow the instructions. You don't have to use much either, I have dark hair and find it provides value for money.
