It burns!

I don't have sensitive skin, but dear god did this burn! It left my skin red and irritated afterwards too. Also, the amount of product you need to do all your legs compared to how much product there is in the tube is unfair, you're lucky to get 2 uses out of a tube,

Not repurchasing

Its not the most comfortable cream to remove hair because it does give an uncomfrtable sensation on the skin but it gets the job done.

Works ok for the price you pay

This works easier for me than waxing but it is not so good for those times when you are in a rush as you have to wait for the cream to work its magic.

Smells awful

After seeing all the advertisements about this product I thought that I would give it a go. Unfortunately for me, this product didn't work very well and to make things worse, it smells absolutely awful!

After applying the product on your legs, you have to wait a while before using a spatula to remove the hair. I found that the spatula didn't really do anything in removing the unwanted hair and I really had to scrape my skin in order for to to budge. Given that this product wasn't effective in removing my unwanted hair, I felt that it was a waste of money and time because I had to use another product afterwards in order to remove the unwanted hairs. It also left my skin feeling dry.

I also feel that you don't get much value from this product because you only get enough for 2 applications for your legs at the most.

Finally, the smell of this product does it no favors at all. The packaging looks all fresh and nice but once you open the product it stinks! Not a pleasant experience at all, I have to say.

not impressed

The only thing that I liked about this product was the spatula for removing the product and the hair (supposedly the hair).

I followed the instructions and when I used the spatula to remove the hair, my hair didn't budge. I actually had to scrape it over the skin quite strongly to get some of the hair off and other didn't move at all, so I had to go over it with a razor anyway.

The product made my skin itchy and red/weird looking for a few days afterwards, so I wasn't impressed with that either.

To top it off, this cream smells so incredibly unpleasant that it's hard not to faint!

Overall, I am really disappointed with this product, and I never repurchased it. It took me longer than if I tried shaving, and on top of that I had to shave over it to remove all the hair. It's a waste of time.

Great!!

I really like this product. I think it smells very nice, is very easy to apply and works like a charm!! You just squirt a bit out on to the spatular type thing, and spread it on you skin. Then wait a few minutes and scrape it off. I would definitely recommend it and repurchase. (:

Shaving would be faster

This product takes far too long to remove as the recommended times did not work and I had to leave the product on longer. Also the amount does not last much at all which should be taken into consideration as most people use it on their legs, I dont feel as smooth as I do when I shave as well.

Caused Irritation

Used this product only once, and threw it out.
Pros - its fairly easy to apply.
Cons - Not for sensitive skin! I don't have overly sensitive skin, but it caused a severe irritation. Smells horrible! Hair grew back fairly quickly (i almost think faster than when i shave!) All in All i had such a horrible experience with it... i binned it straight away! Smells gross and doesn't work

I hate the smell of this product and it really doesn't do a very good job. It always leaves some hair and its really messy to use. Hair also grows back really quickly.

TERRIBLE

This was very messy and took too much time and effort to spread evenly, it didnt even remove hairs properly and left my skin looking discoloured and patchy. Worst of all it stunk like nobody's business!

not for me!

left my skin tingley and red! also it was itchy for a long time after! it removed all hair very nicely though...

convenient...

I put it on when I'm doing my cleansing / masks etc before a shower and then jump in... the smell is off putting, but I feel the results are worth it...

Smells AWFUL.

I cannot stand the smell of this product. I used it once, and I've never used it again because of the smell and the fact that it made my skin itchy and blotchy for days afterwards. I guess it does the job it's supposed to, though.

Satisfactory

I get this in the large bottle and go through one in the summer..it feels like it lasts longer than shaving, but I don't think it's true. But it's alright to use, the same time and effort as shaving, just the extra hope that it lasts longer!

Okay

This product was messy to use as it was a thick solution. It wasn't the best smell that can pass your nostrills either. I did find it good to use though when i didn't have time to shave.

This one is not so good - prefer the in-shower version. This takes much longer and does not do as good a job.

not the best

Although I was impressed with the ability to remove hair it was very messy for me to use and i had regrowth within two days. It also left me with quite nasty ingrown hairs - not the best product.

Good if you can't shave

My legs are super sensitive and I always end up with itchy and dry legs after shaving, so I use this product. I find it's a little messy, but it does a good enough job in removing most hairs. It didn't irritate my skin, but just ensure you wash it off well and moisturize after.

Horrible Product!

I purchased this product because my sister who is very hairy and waxes often raves about it. I'll start off by saying that the smell is absolutely foul. It smells a lot like those acrylic nail shops mixed with a really really bad chemical. I do not have sensitive skin at all and this is the first time that my skin has reacted negatively to a product. It was fine once I applied it, but after a few minutes my legs started to itch with a slight burning sensation. I couldnt bear the feeling anymore so I jumped in the shower and washed it off! The product did work- my hair was removed and my legs felt smooth- but squeeky! - if that makes any strange sense at all. I think it must have been from the moisturising properties in the product but rather than feeling moisturised I felt like I wanted to have another shower.
Dont buy this product if you expect a wax result. It lasts only slightly longer than shaving.
Would definitely not recommend this product, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Oh dear

Unfortunately I just cannot stand this product... it's messy and the smell is absoloutely horrific I just cannot stand it. It's strong and feel odd. I think i'll just stick to shaving.

great

it smells real really bad but works well, If you have really sensitive skin it wont be for you, but otherwise great. Um makes skin really soft, i prefer the strawberry nair pretty type in a squeeze tube though. Recommend it though.

horrible smell and irritates my skin

i hate the harsh chemical smell of this product, although most hair removal creams are the same.
i had a bad reaction to this product when i used it on my legs. my skin was stinging a lot after about a minute and after 5 minutes i washed it off because it was so uncomfortable. my legs were itchy and sore for the next 3 days or so. it stung when i applied moisturiser to them afterwards as well.
would not recomend this product at all, ESPECIALLY if you have sensitive skin. Definitely do a spot test first.

Easy to use

I have been using this product for the last 6 months. I began using it as, due to an injury, I have been unable to shave my own legs. Because I refuse to allow my legs to turn into forests, my ever enduring husband got the job. Hubby was very reluctant to shave my legs for me (not surprisingly) but was more than happy to use this product. I find it lasts slightly longer than shaving, but the hair doesn't grow back spiky. I will continue definately continue using this product.

I'm not really a fan of the strong smell, and I have to admit I'm a little bit hesitant about how good it can be to use chemicals to dissolve the hair - what is it doing to the rest of me? That being said, this cream does work well to remove the hair, and the massive benefit is there is no risk of shaving nicks or sticky wax. The results are very similar to shaving - I used Veet on one leg and shaved the other, I found that the regrowth was about the same - maybe ever so slightly less with shaving.

Love this.

I have been using this since forever, and it's really good. It makes your skin feel like silk after you use, although this only lasts for a day. I've tried other brands such as Nair and cannot get the same results. The smell isn't the best, but it does what it says it does and removes any hair. It's my go-to product for hair removal, because I can't stand waxing (messy business).

Similar results as shaving, but very messy and tim

I found this product to have a slightly unpleasent scent, and was very messy and time-consuming to use. Once I removed it, the effects were good - skin smooth and moisturised - but there was regrowth within two days. This might be an option for you if you have light or thin hair, or body hair which grows slowly. I will be sticking with shaving instead.

Fast and easy, no mess

I had great success with this one, even though I was a bit sceptical of the effectiveness of hair removal creams after trying one that did nothing at all. Happily not the case with this one! Smells alright, easy to apply with a little sponge or something similar, worked for my fairly thick hair in 4-6 minutes. Do be careful not to leave on for too long though as it can tingle the skin a bit.

i dont like shaving and waxing is a hassel so i turned to the hair removal creams and i really love them. not only do they remove ur hair but they also moisturise ur skin at the same time

Good value-does the job

How cn you go past this product for the price! Good for emergency hair removal - provided you have 15mins for the shower. Non irritating and CHEAP!

Not veet's best

I used this a few times, when i started shaving and once again just of late to see if the product has been innovated or only the package. i have long legs, so it didn't last long at all. You need alot of the cream to remove the hair, it takes a long time and it still didn't meet what it described. Keeps legs smoothe in a moisture sence though not that great within consistancy of hair removal.

Small areas

It's ok for small areas, say on the top of your legs, but the hair does still grow back with a prickle feel. Still has that foul smell, but at least you don't nick your self like shaving
