As women, we all experience the inevitable – menstruation – and many of us dread its arrival each and every month. When ‘that time of the month’ comes around, we don’t want to spend the week worrying – we want to be able to rely on a quality solution, and embrace what Mother Nature bestowed upon us with confidence.
Enter CAREFREE® FLEXIA® Tampons – the innovative sanitary product that truly is a girl’s best friend. The tampons are designed with unique SoftFolds® wings that catch fluid other tampons may miss – so you don’t have to worry about any embarrassing leaks, even on your heavier days.
“How does it work?” I bet you’re asking. Well, the wings draw the fluid to the inner core of the tampon helping to prevent leakage from the base. Which means you can step out everyday with the confidence that you’re being properly protected.
But before you throw on that little white skirt, read what the Trial Team thought of their road-test…
CAREFREE® FLEXIA® Tampons
“I was so impressed with Carefree Regular Flexia Tampons, they have unique, soft, wings that help catch and absorb fluids. This special feature is ideal, especially for those heavier days, when your just not feeling overly confident and leakage is always a concern. I’m happy to report that these wings did exactly as they promised. Even on my not so heavy days, they seemed to work as a barrier to absorb moisture deeper into the tampon and not just on the outer edges, reducing the chances of leakages to zero. They are extremely comfortable and really easy to use.
I’d definitely use these tampons again. I love the freedom of being able to do what I want to do, when I want to do it, regardless of the time of the month. “ Rating: 5/5 – southcoastclare

Personally i'll stick to using U tampons, I'm just not bought with the 'wings' theory. Each to there own i guess.

Have tried these in a sample pack sent from Carefree, they're not quite absorbant enough for a heavy flow but definately better protection than other brands

I have tried out the Flexia before and i found that i prefered normal shaped tampons such as the slim line. The Flexia type i found to feel a bit odd when removing compared to the comfort and ease of regular tampons.

Okay this is going to sound funny but I was shocked when I bought my first box of Tampons in Australia....why you ask...cause each tampon didn't come with a plastic or cardboard applicator. I see its the same with this product too no applicator. I've actually switched to pads since moving here.

I tried these a while ago and personally didnt like them. Not a fan of the 'parachute' design, and i found that they actually leaked - never a good look! Carefree is a good reputable brand but thumbs down to this particular design.

Interesting mixed views, great to read the reviews, everyone is different and some things work well for some and not so for others, trial and error I suppose. I recieved a sample to try, will soon give it a go and ease my curious mind! Carefree is reputable.

Ive never been convinced enough that tampons are good enough. But after reading what you girlies having to say, there is some justice, so I will consider on my next stop to the pharmacy!
