To shy to enter our best competition to date? We’d hate for your to miss out on your chance to win the best prize we’ve ever had on offer – especially since submitting a video review is so much easier than you think! So I thought I’d jump in front of the camera and show you just how easy it is to be in with a chance of winning. You may even learn a thing or two about one of my all-time fave products (and about the crazy things I used to get up to as a kid)...

What strange things did you used to do as a kid?

I used to carry my pillow everywhere with me...around the house, backyard, neighbours etc. I loved it so much I'd cry whenever mum takes it to give it a wash.

I had a thing for dinosaurs and lived in fear of volcanoes for a year or so. Seriously haha. I had this kids encyclopedia that was all about stuff like that and an over active imagination.

We had a pumpkin farm out at Dubbo and there was a huge old shed on the property. A few people were employed to wash pumpkins before they got sold at the very front part of the shed. Once I ventured to the back of the shed and found some old gravestones.....that was pretty unsual! Never went down THERE again!

We use to sneak off after school and go trawling around in the mangroves at the mouth of our local river, collecting ferns and orchids then sell them on the side of the road, haha. The stupid thing about it was that now that same river is completely infested with huge salt water crocks and the thought scares the life out of me, why do we have no fear as kids???

I used to use the old shed we had in our backyard as if it were my home. I would take things from the house like pillow cases...tea towels and a few pieces of cutlery and i had it all set up like it was my secret house. Untill the day my mum (who rearly went to this shed) went in . I had no idea that she had gone in there and then when i returned from school one day i was asked about missing bits and pieces from the house. And of course like any kid I said NO. Then mum said Are you sure?????I then broke down in tears and said YES it was me. Its my special place and i love it and so i set up my own house. Mum was mad in the begining and then she let me have other bits and pieces that she gave me. And i have to say i loved my little house and I played in there often and had heaps of fun.

My mother had a lovely perfume when I was a kid and it smelt so nice I drank the whole bottle. Boy was I sick, I can remember them taking me to hospital where they gave me all this horrible stuff to drink and made me sick. Never did that again !

We built a cubby house in a tree in our backyard and the tree was an apricot one. We used to eat them without checking if there were worms in them. It used to make my mum cringe. I also swallowed a one cent and a 2 cent piece. The things we do.

My friend, sister and I used to ride our bikes under the trees in the front yard and we would pull the leaves off the tree, stop off and use that as petrol money.

My friend and I made a "beautiful" perfume out of Lantana flowers. Just crushed it up and immersed it in water for a while. YUCK, I'm surprised we weren't attacked by bees : )
