And as for satisfying my sweet tooth? Unfortunately, I'll eat pretty much any type of sugar I can find. Timtams, chocolate biscuits, muffins, cake, ice cream, pastries, hot chocolate, milo, nutella, easter eggs, you name it, I'm guilty of eating it! And if I get really desperate, I'll even resort to sweetened oatmeal, or raid the icing sugar supplies and make myself some (cake) icing, and eat it straight out of the bowl. I actually count myself lucky to have avoided Diabetes this far!

A sweet tooth can become a problem for all us addicts out there. I find it hard to resist the temptation of sugar where ever I go. I must join a sugar-aholics as any nutrionist would cringe at my diet. But to try and control what I goes into my sugary treats I bake, bake and bake some more until my heart is content. And this means I know that I have just put 6 cups of sugar ina nad theres no mystery :-P But when I know I must cut back I get my suger from other treats like Sugar lip scrubs and Chocolate tasting lip glosses to curb the carvings :-)

I so love chocolate but having Type 2 Diabetes I have to curb that eating habit but just to satisfy me just a little is to eat 1 chocolate wafer biscuit and dream it's a block of cadbury.
