Easter indulgence (of the non-calorie kind)

Not sure what to do this Easter long-weekend? You can never get too bored of beauty (well, if you’re anything like me that is!), so why not take this opportunity to indulge yourself in a daily beauty treatment?

One quick-and-easy pamper session per day is all it will take to relax your mind, body and spirit, and leave you looking like you’ve spent your break at a spa retreat.

So, over the course of the next four days, i'll deliver my pick of the best beauty treatments that you can carry out from the comfort of your very own home.

And don't worry if you've already got plans - they're all super simple and not too time-consuming either, so can be slotted in to your day whenever you've got a half hour to spare.

Just so you know what to look out for (and which products to stock up on in case you don't have them), here’s the schedule of my Easter indulgence program (chocolate eggs optional extra):

Friday: body scrub and mud wrap

You'll need: body scrub and body mud.

We like: Eminence Organic Skin Care Cranberry Pomegranate Sugar Scrub and AHAVA Dead Sea Mineral Mud.

Saturday: DIY deep cleanse

You'll need: large bowl, large towel, cleanser, face mask, hydrating moisturiser.

We like: Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser and Nutrimetics Hydrating Masque

Sunday: hydrating hair treatment

You'll need: cling-wrap, shampoo, deep treatment

We like: Matrix Biolage Hydratherapie Cera-Repair

Monday: mini mani

You'll need: nail scissors, nail file, nail buffer, cuticle oil, base coat, nail polish, quick-dry top coat.

We like: Manicare Cuticle Oil and Mavala Switzerland Mavadry

Have a lovely long weekend beauties!

I would love to have a "me" pampering weekend but alas, we are ripping up the carpet and sanding back floorboards.
Oh, and eating chocolate of course.
Have a wonderful Easter weekend everyone. :)

Looking forward to the long weekend. I have a family lunch on Sunday and will be spending the remaining days relaxing (eating chocolate), walking my dog, watching dvd movies (more eating Chocolate) and doing house chores (ugh!). Will pencil in some time for some pampering as my hair needs a good treatment and love putting nail poilsh on even just for a few days. Have a wonderful Easter everyone.

Wonderful tips. Will come in so handy as my plans actually are apart from the usual family easter get togethers to have a bit of time off pampering myself. On Saturday I'm going on a boat ride with some friends so we're going to have a bit of a mini girls pamper session while the guys fish.heheh

I did a mini pamper last night - had a delicious bath with candles, Aveda Soothing Aqua Therapy bath salts, Trilogy face mask - my skin always looks amazing afterwards!
I will be alternating between relaxing, reading, and eating chocolate, with cleaning the house in prep for an inspection on Tuesday. Happy Easter everyone!!!

That sounds absolutely lovely but i don't think i would have the privellege of spending my weekend by pampering myself. I would be enjoying a great bbq and working

Sounds truly amazing but I am so exhausted I believe I will need someone to perform these treatments on me as I seem to be doing them for everyone else at work!

Just looking forward to some relaxation, red wine and time with my puppy dog :)

Happy Easter lovelies xoxox

The Easter Bunny's coming! Yay! I love hiding the eggs for my children to scamper around Sunday morning trying to find. If it's good weather I might even hide a few outside near the bunny cage!!

Good luck Pink shoes! Hubby and I ripped up the carpet and polished the floor boards a few weeks ago. Love it!! The carpet was driving us nuts.
Anyway, this weekend we are having a birthday party for my son who will be 3 next week. Maybe an Easter egg hunt, eat some choccies, have a few drinkies. I am going to get my eyebrows waxed and have a manicure tonight - So excited!! Always makes me feel good. Happy Easter Everyone!!

My daughter and I have a couple of days on our own so we've stocked up on snacks and we're going to catch up with our stories (Ugly Betty, Be Good Johnny Weir, Roseanne, lots of trash IQ'd on Foxtel...).
