Amazing Exfoliator!

I purchased this after I heard such GREAT reviews on beautyheaven, and can I say I am so glad that I did. This is such a great body scrub and I swear it smells exactly like cola, it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and invigorated and really refreshens the skin. Plus It makes me smell really good afterwards too!

exfoliating

this product is great i love it... this product has so many benefits firstly i love using this product just because the smell plus the massage is so relaxing it takes me away to dreams of tropical island holidays... it makes my skin feel incredible and boosted the blood flow... i have also noticed a reduction in cellulite which is always a good thing especially after having a baby... i like the granules because they aren't fake, to rough or to soft... i love that its australian and that it is paraben and sulfate free too... natural ingredients are also a plus... it has made me want to try other products made by this brand i just think that it is just that little bit out of my price range...

Works great

Feels nice and exfoliating. It had a bit of a cola smell, which really does sound a bit strange but it wasn't overpowering and strong. The packaging is perfect to use in the shower and the beads were really moisturising and didn't break down. My skin felt soft soft and clean afterwards and it a great buy, something I would definitely buy again!

Feels Great, Smells Great

This has quite a strong scent to it - I like strong scents in shower products because I can really smell them while using them! It's like a strong minty, menthol cross something lemony. The menthol type of smell is due to the clary sage I expect and the lemony scent I can smell must be from the lemongrass extracts. It also has Lime Oil and Ginger Root in it so you can see how why it has a nice strong scent! Love it!

Packed full of natural ingredients including aloe, this scrub has gorgeous scratchy beads that really do give the skin a good exfoliation. I like scrubs that don't beat around the bush and this is one of them!

After I use this and rinse it off, besides my skin being super smooth and feeling freshened up, I see lots of sand-sized grains on the shower recess floor. But it's not sand - it must be the walnut shell 'powder' that is included in this formula.

If you love a great scrub that really does the job well then I think you'll love this. It's great to lift away the fifth day residue of a fake tan too! Fresh new skin awaits!

Pure Bliss

I picked this up recently on sale. I hadn't used the brand before but had heard good things. This is a fairly gritty gel that smells like limes to me - a beautiful fresh and slightly herbal scent. It is a brown formula that is easy to use. The grains do not dissolve so you can really get a good scrub. It has moisturisers that leave skin soft and fresh. I think this is a really effective product and I love that it's natural.

Super Smooth Skin - Feels Totally Invigorating

Puretopia Glowingly Smooth Exfoliating & Renewing Body Polish 200ml comes in an up-down (lid base) squeeze tube with a click open swing lid. The tube is foil sealed for health and safety.
The body polish formula has amazonian acai berry and guarana to stimulate and detoxify skin.
The polish removes dead skin cells, excess oil, grime and make up.
Best to use the body polish around shower time as it is applied to wet skin.
After massaging body thoroughly, it needs to be rinsed off.
The polish is a brown tinted gel with small brown tone granules throughout.
It has a rich natural aroma, which is quite pleasant.
The texture of the gel itself is smooth, the granules feel like grains of sand, only a little softer (if that makes sense), when massaging skin.
This is what makes it an exceptionally successful exfoliating product.
The gel produces a minimal cream lather which cleanses skin well, removing impurities.
Once I have thoroughly massaged my body and legs I rinse off the body polish with warm water.
I am left with super smooth skin that does feel soft, and totally invigorated.
It's a great preparation for skin when I am going to use fake tan.

Scrubby and so natural smelling!

I received this in the Priceline Goodie Bag and absolutely love it! The smell was very natural and not like the horrible generic fruit scents that generally scent a lot of cosmetics. It was such a lovely treat in aroma therapy which made it all the more enjoyable to use.

When rubbing onto the body, it felt like exfoliating with sand but it was still very gentle. I prefer my scrubs to be more foamy and this one only foamed when you rinsed it off. When you were actually scrubbing with it, not foam was generated. However that made it more enjoyable to use as it really exfoliated and the foam washing away just seemed to reinforce the clean feeling if left when it was gone. Overall I really enjoyed this scrub an am going to repurchase!

amazing product love love love

Best Body scrub Ive tried so far and very good price aswell , was so suprised how smooth this made my whole body feel , i use it about twice a week in the shower under hot water on my whole body and before i shave my legs and underarms and it really makes a difference on how smooth and fresh i feel , will defiantly keep using this product ..

LOVE

Man alive I love this scrub. After trying and loving puretopia's haircare I decided to try their body proucts. I used to love Kosmea's long discontinued body polish because it worked and left my skin silky smooth and soft to touch. This product is very similar. It has ground walnut shell (which I think is the same exfoliating agent as the kosmea scrub) and the citrus scent is very invigorating and uplifting, especially in the morning, and especially for those of us who are not morning people. I love thetube packaging, the lack of parabens and sulfates and the fact that this is an Australian company. I love the way my skin feels so soft and smooth after using it. It is not scratchy at all but it does a thorough job of exfoliating and is surprisingly moisturising. I will buy this over and over.

Fab Exfoliator

I have been using this for about a month and it has really made a difference to the softness of the skin on my body, particularly my elbows, back and legs. I'd use it every day if I could, however I use a little restraint and just use it 2-3 times a week.

Admittedly, when I first opened the package - which by the way, is in a very handy and aesthetically pleasing tube, I found the scent overwhelming and quite unpleasant. I'm guessing that is due to the high levels of Guarana & Acai Berry in the product. I wouldn't liken it to Cola, but more to V Energy Drink which really isn't the sort of smell I'd like to smell on myself all day long.
Now, however, I think the smell has somewhat grown on me. I still use this product first up in the shower, rinse it off and then use another body wash or soap with a scent I DO want to smell on myself all day long, but if I was really pressed for time, I could probably handle the scent as it is simply the best body scrub I've ever tried - and that is saying something...

The other reason I gave this product 5 stars is Puretopia's absence of parabens, sulfates and virtually every other nasty you can think of. It is also Australian owned and made. I will certainly be repurchasing this & am very interested in trying other Puretopia products
