A really nice fresh and light moisturiser
I really like this moisturiser, it smells lovely and fresh, is really light and sinks in the skin really nicely. The only reason why I gave this four stars is because I usually prefer a body lotion to be a little thicker, but this is great value for money, and I will definitely keep buying this.

Lovely texture & aroma
This is a great product.
The texture is light, and sinks in really well post shower. I like the aroma a lot - it's fresh, but not overpowering & doesn't clash with my perfume. My skin feels lovely & soft, and there's no stickiness or residue issues. The bottle lasts me months too. Great value for money & a great product

New go to moisturiser!
I got this on sale and I am so glad I did! I love it. It makes my skin so smooth and smells great, lasts for ages and the price is great too!

Moisturising but not heavy
My skin is really dry, I need to moisturise my whole body daily after showering so I go through a lot of body lotions. I can't really comment on the "7 day" premise of this lotion, it certainly isn't true for me but then my skin is very dry. What I like about this is that it sinks in well, doesn't leave skin greasy (as many other products for dry skin do) but does leave the skin feeling hydrated and comfortable. It has a light, fresh scent that doesn't interfere with any perfumes you might wear. A staple for me, I always have a bottle in the house.

it does the job
i found when i used it, it was really runny and wasnt very soothing i'd prefer if it was a bit thicker.. it left my skin moisterised but sticky i guess that its the aleovera that makes it sticky... it smells good though so it is an above average but not a must have product :)

Smooth for a few seconds
It's only smooth a few minutes and then you can't feel it at all.
I apply this over Vasaline because it's double the effect.

Good Moisturiser
I like this product its not greasy and it smells like aloe which is really nice.

Haven;t noticed any miracles
Since I'm fortunate enough not to have dry skin, I haven't noticed any miracles from this moisturiser. It does the job and smells great, though there seems to be an underlying scent of alcohol which bugs me.
It's easily absorbed and is a dream to put on because it's not thick or especially greasy. It's a bit runny and thin, but it does a good job of moisturising.

A luxurious feeling moisturiser with a lovely scent
I usually love Garnier products and their 7-days moisturiser has not disappointed.
The Aloe Vera variant has a nice, neutral fragrance (there are others in the range I've tried too that are all fruity or quite sweet smelling).
It rubs in well and when you've got particularly dry skin (i.e. in the wintertime etc.) you really notice a difference from using it every day.
The usual retail price is also a bargain and this moisturiser is now a permanent resident in my bathroom cupboard.

Addicted
Whenever these go on sale, I buy as much as I can so that I will never run out. If this is ever discontinued, I will be heart broken.
I agree with everything that has been said here and can only add that is the only product I have ever used that leaves my skin noticeably softer and smoother. I can't stop touching the inside of my arm!

Excellent hydrating moisturiser
All round favourite moisturiser - I keep it in my bathroom and slather it on after my nightly shower and then again every morning.
The product smells gorgeous and is refreshing and cool on my skin. It soaks in instantly and doesn't leave my skin greasy or oily.
Great for all day use!

Soaks in quickly for instant results
I was tossing up in the supermarket about buying the cocoa butter conditioning version of this, or this one, so I applied it on my hand to see which would soak in better. I'm sick of feeling sticky all day due to moisturising my skin so it was an important factor for me. All I can say is WOW! This stuff absorbs into your skin so quickly leaving you with a perfectly smooth and moisturised surface that's instantly brighter.
The scent isn't too overpowering, and it absorbs so fast that you wouldn't have any problem putting this on morning or night as you can get dressed almost instantly after applying and not have that annoying issue of it sticking to your clothes. :)
Such a great product for the price, and the results speak for themselves. Try it on your hand first if you don't believe me. Impressive stuff and a surprising new favourite.

Glosscars 2012 - Moisturised skin at a bargain price

I initially reviewed this body lotion in October 2011 after I saw it at the chemist for two bottles for a total $6.99! And in spite of the bargain price for two very large bottles of 400ml each, I was so pleasantly surprised, and instantly loved it, and have since been lucky to buy another double pack at the same bargain price.
The body lotion is light and has a nice and pleasant and not too empowering scent. I have even caught hubby using it, so obviously he didn’t find that it was too feminine in its fragrance.
The body lotion absorbs quickly and leaves skin soft and moisturised, without leaving the skin feeling greasy. My skin is left soft and smooth, and with daily use, I find that my skin remains moisturised, patches, (not even on my shins, which I usually get during summer!)
I have a normal skin, which however during summer seems a bit dry, and still I found that this body lotion was sufficiently hydrating for my skin.
This is a fantastic body lotion suitable for all skin types, it is such a great bargain, that I will keep re-buying this again and again when I run out.

This is my favourite body moisturiser
This review is resubmitted for the Glosscars 2012. It is the most brilliant moisturiser that I have used. I still don't like the packaging but I happily decant it into a prettier bottle.
I have a confession to make - I am probably one of the slackest body moisturisers that you could come across. The real reason for my tardiness is that I have never come across a moisturiser that hasn't left me feeling sticky and uncomfortable even after half an hour allowing it to sink in - that was until I tried this gorgeous product.
The Garnier Body intensive 7 day aloe vera extract hydrating lotion comes in a huge 400ml bottle which will last for months even with daily application. The lotion is a lovely white fluid that has very little fragrance, which is my preference as I don't like strongly fragranced body products as they can interfere with my perfume.
The product is lovely to rub into the skin as it is almost immediately absorbed. By the time that I have finished my second leg the first leg is absorbed and silky smooth. I have never experienced any body product that is absorbed that quickly.
Even though the product is absorbed really quickly, your skin is beautifully smooth, nourished and feels that way for days. This is the perfect product for me because even when I revert to my slack ways my skin is still looking fresh and moisturised in between applications.
This product is perfect for all of the family - my 17 year old daughter informed me when I got home from work today that she took my advice and tried the new moisturiser and that she loved it also. At the price, I will be purchasing one for her to keep in her bedroom as I am sure that she will commandeer it if I am not careful.
My only criticism is the bottle. I am in 2 minds about the design.
1 I don't like the colouring of the bottle or the typeface on the front. I prefer a more subtle package that suits my bathroom and bedroom decor. I feel that Garnier could easily charge more for this product if it was in a more sleek, stylish bottle.
2 Because of the colour of the bottle it made me remember to use it!! It stood out in my bathroom and screamed 'use me'!!
This is why I am torn. The bright green packaging reminded me to use it, however I will be decanting it into a more stylish bottle because the green really bothered me. This is the only reason why I have taken one point off.
My suggestion is for you to purchase this moisturiser as I am sure that you will be a convert just like me.

Great affordable everyday Moisturiser
I have used every variety of this Garnier product and I love them all! This aloe one was great in summer on dry, sunburned skin and I could see a difference instantly. My skin became more supple and retained it's moisture long after I had put this on and daily use leaves my skin looking smoother and softer.

7 days to smoothness
I am very often someone that remembers to moisturise my face and hair but completely forgets and runs out of time for the rest of my body. But then I found the perfect moisturiser for me.
I am a regular user of Garnier moisturisers and often find them lacking in the last-ability but I thought I would still give this product a go.
The bottle is very big so it lasts me quite a while and I usually have no problems with squeezing out the product.
The lotion itself is light in body and texture so I find that it absorbs really quickly into my skin but still leaving it smooth without greasyness.
The fragrance of the product is also light so it doesn't leave my body smelling chemically or unnatural like other body moisturisers.
When I use this product continuously I find that my skin becomes a lot smoother without any dry patches.
My skin varies from Normal to very dry depending on the climate and I found that this was hydrating enough for me. So I would recommend it to anyone who has Normal skin and wants a moisturiser that will last for more than a few hours. Also great for anyone that wants a bargain. :-)

Feels Beautiful!
This was on the cheap table at my local pharmacy so I thought I would give it a go. It smells lovely and it soaks into the skin beautifully. It leaves the skin soft and hydrated with no greasy feeling at all! I will definitely buy this product again and maybe even try the other varieties.

No greasy feeling!
I really like this lotion for the summer. Its light enough on hot days, yet thoroughly moisturises. It has no greasy feeling, you know, that feeling that you have to wait a bit for the lotion to sink into your skin, well, there's none of that. I moisturise my whole body daily after I shower and this is my fav for summer.
The bottle lasts for ages and I'm so glad it doesn't have a pump, as I find the pump stops working before I run out of lotion.

Go Garnier
This has to be one of my favourite moisturisers... i got this in a gift pack so i thought may aswell try it... i love anything with aloe vera in it because it usually smell lovely and makes your skin feel great and this product has both...my skin really did feel hydrated especially after shaving... i loved that it was lightweight and non greasy after applying and had a very light smell... after seeing the seperate retail price i definantly think that this moisturiser is excellent value for money and i will seriously consider buying it again.

This is a real find! Lotion is the lightest, with a fresh scent weightless! It well softens, moisturizes and nourishes the skin. I want to touch myself again and again ... so feel comfortable with)))
Easily distributed, no shine, downright melts into the skin, leaving a light fresh scent and pleasant feelings. On display there was a lot of other moisturizers for the body of Garnier, but I decided to try it is, in a green bottle with aloe vera. I love the scent of Aloe!

Love this moisturiser!
I would definately recommend this. Leaves my skin feeling so soft. Smells great, non greasy and very light. Perfect to use after the shower.

Great value for money
This is a great value for money body lotion - I saw it at the chemist the other day for two bottles for $6.99!
It has a pleasant and not too empowering scent, it absorbs quickly and leaves skin soft and moisturied. I will definitely be buying this again when I run out.

AMAZING.
A great moisturiser. It is absorbed so easily and the scent is very light, my skin is left feeling so soft and silky (not greasy).
It is ideal for those with normal skin and perfect for both summer and winter, I will definitely be purchasing it again

Love it :)
I haven't been using this for quite seven days yet, but I have already started to notice a difference with the softness of the areas I have been applying it - my arms and my legs.
The formula is a light, thin, creamy lotion which allows it to be spread nicely over the areas that demand attention. It has a gorgeous scent that reminds me a little of soap, baby powder and honey.
I pop this on at night and find that I don't need to reapply it during the day as I my skin still feels nice until the next night. I find that the scent lingers around nicely also, which is a bonus!
A great moisturiser, with a small price tag.

Smooth Skin without the Greasy Feel
I read a lot about this body moisturizer. It was on my shopping list and was very curious how good could it be, so I was on a mission of my own to try it after reading reviews on BH. I love the fact that it is very hydrating and gel like texture, so the skin instantly drinks up the body moisturizer without greasy feeling and leaving a silky smooth hydrated skin for a long time.
It comes in a decent sized bottle with a flip top; the only negativity about the packaging is that; you can't turn the bottle up-side-down as you are reaching the end of the cream. The flip top is semi round so it won't be stable to stand up-side-down.
It is lightly fragrance, so the smell disappears by the time you finish applying all over your body. What is great about this product is that it is very light so it doesn't leave a sticky feeling afterwards.
The one I bought to try was the Aleo Vera range. It does leave a silky touch through the whole day. The bottle is very compact, its flat unlike some other packaging that is bulky. Easy to reach for use.
It is also affordable, which is terrific! At last, we have some awesome product that works at a very affordable price!

Fresh and hydrating
After reading nice reviews and watching the advertisement on tv i decided to buy this wonderful lotion from Garnier. I've been using it on my legs, arms and my top of my back which I find is quite dry in cooler months. This is a really easily absorbed moisturizer, as soon as I rub it on my skin it's absorbed, so it doesn't leave that greasy feeling that a lot of other moisturizers in a similar price bracket do. it has a light creamy texture.
My skin is feeling extra soft and plumped and it smells good-I've been using the Aloe Vera variety. This is now right at the top of my favourite moisturizers and so I would highly recommend it.

I love it!
This is such a great moisturiser, it is so hydrating but it also absorbs really quickly and leaves your skin really smooth and moisturised for ages. And its also cheap! This is definitely one of the best moisturisers around!

I've changed my mind about you Garnier!
Buy it! Apply to body after lightly towel drying it so there's some extra moisture to lock in. Feels amazing on freshly shaven legs, no irritation. Exfoliate regularly for best results.

Moisturising Goodness
Thanks BH for the opportunity to trial this.
Being someone that often neglects my body and very rarely remembers to apply a body moisturiser it was great to see what I'm missing. I have used Garnier moisturisers in the past and have had mixed results but I was pleasantly surprised by this one.
The bottle is quite simple and really big so it will last you a while and you shouldn't have too many issues with getting the product out until you reach the very bottom.
The lotion itself is quite light so it absorbed into my skin really quickly whilst not leaving my body feeling greasy. The smell is also pleasant and not overpowering at all.
I trialled this over a week and I found that my skin did feel a lot smoother and softer and I would feel comfortable leaving it a day or two without applying and it would stll be soft. Although I have not had the opportunity to test it for 7 days without applying.
My skin varies from Normal to very dry depending on the climate and I found that this was hydrating enough for me. So I would recommend it to anyone who has Normal skin and wants a moisturiser that will last for more than a few hours. Also great for anyone that wants a bargain. :-)

my skin is thanking you BH
I love this moisturiser, my skin is thanking you BH for letting me be part of this trial. I have been using it every day. The scent is pleasant and not too strong (is a bit floral/herby), it almost disappears when it's applied so I don't really notice it. It is very lightweight in texture, but don't be foooled by this.
The lotion is quickly absorbed into my skin and there is no greasy after feeling at all (even when applying it not after a shower). My skin loves it, and is so soft and hydrated all the time, it never dries out and feels so much better than before.
The only thing that is a little dissappointing is the bottle design. It's kind of flat and wide with the nozzle on the top. This is actually harder for me to grasp especially when i have my hands a little greasy when applying the lotion. It also can't be balanced upside down either when trying to get the lotion out (not to mention when you get to the last bits of it) as the lid is curved.
