love love love this!

definitely use this when your muscles are sore. it makes all the soreness go away! it tones the skin as you sit in the bath and you can exfoliate with it as it dissolves in the water instead of pouring it in the water to dissolve.

Ahava dead sea crystals

Haven't personally used this brand but dead sea bath crystals if they contain the real thing are very beneficial for you. Sometimes the real stuff can leave a residue of salt on your body so you sometimes need a quick rinse in the shower after using them.

Love It! Detox..

The best way to detox is a bath in these salts.. it's equivalent to taking a three day fast just with one bath :) Can't live without them.

Dead Sea Bath Crystals

Salt is a lovely way to relax and bring your slin to life again.I pour in a cupful in the bath and when I have tension in my muscles it helps me unwind and feel stressfree.A nice scent and makes softer looking skin.

Great for tired and sore feet

I've been using this for years to soak my feet when they are tired and sore. I soak them alternatively in hot water with lots of dead sea salts dissolved in it and then in cold water, then again in hot, and so on for about 20 minutes. Leaves you feet feeling relaxed and soft. A great product.
