'Tis the season to spoil yourself

If there’s one thing I love about Christmas, it’s perusing the shops for the special in-store offers – especially when the limited edition Christmas gift packs are in store. That really gets me excited.
Here’s my logic: if you go in store, not only can you score your friends and fam some awesome gifts, but you also get to save some of your hard-earned cash, meaning that you get to treat yourself to a little Christmas present too – smart, huh?
If you’re after a great anti-ageing gift for mum, I’ve found the Holy Grail of Christmas specials – the Clarins Skin Replenishes – Super Restoratives Collection gift pack, $148 (valued at $253). This anti-ageing skin care pack contains just the ingredients to keep her worries at bay. With a Super Restoratives Day Cream, a Super Restorative Night Wear, and a Super Restoratives Serum (and let’s not forget the free vanity purse) – all of which work to boost cellular renewal and collagen production – she’s bound to welcome in the new year looking a bit more youthful and refreshed. And you’ll get to save a cool $100 that can be used to spoil yourself. Win-win!
And if the Clarins Replenishes – Super Restoratives Collection isn’t the gift you’re looking for, there’s heaps of other Clarins in-store gifts that’ll get you just as excited:
Clarins Captivating Luxuries Collection, $64 (valued at $108) – contains an Eau des Jardins Fragrance, an Eau des Jardins Delicious Body Cream, and a Hand & Nail Treatment Cream.
Clarins Super Skin Firmers – Extra Firming Collection, $110 (valued at $174) – contains an Extra-Firming Day Cream, an Extra-Firming Night Cream, an Extra-Firming Tightening Lift Botanical Serum, and a champagne vanity purse.
Clarins Skin Illuminators – Vital Light Collection, $187 (valued at $292) – contains a Vital Light Day Illuminating Anti-Ageing Cream, a Vital Light Night Revitalising Anti-Ageing Comfort Cream, a Vital Light Serum, and a champagne vanity purse.
Stockist:
Clarins, 02 9663 4277
Go on, why not treat yourself to a bit of a pamper session this silly season…
If your mum’s also a bit concerned about ageing, you might want to show her this…
What’s your favourite thing about Christmas?

Lots of things about Chrissy I love! One of them is I get to see my 'little' brother (he's not so 'little' - he's 38!) because I hardly ever get to see him.

I love my Clarins and usually get myself a great valued gift pack at around Christmas although this year it's going to have to wait until after Christmas as I won't have any money until then =(

It's terrific to receive gifts (I'm being realistic here, lol!) but the biggest joy for me is the choosing, the wrapping, and then the giving, especially if it's something that I know the receiver would NEVER buy for themselves...the kind they would classify as an indulgence ♥

My favourite thing about Christmas is normally the shopping and deciding what to buy family members.
This year we're broke broke broke! So I'm only looking forward to our holiday after christmas.

The thing I love most about christmas is the whole family being together. The last few christmas's we have had there has been a bit of bad blood, but we are all going to be around this year. When we are all getting along we always have lots of laughs, and I miss that.

It is usually all my family getting together, nice food and having a really good laugh. Sadly, this year we are on Santa's bypass list due to illness. At least I do not have to battle the crowds in the shops.

My favourite thing about Christmas is the family getting together. My sisters are scattered over Victoria and come home to Bairnsdale for Chrissy. Mum and Dad love it, memories of our younger years flood back because the house becomes noisy again, extra noisy because of grandkids. Live life and be happy.

I just enjoy having a break at Xmas/NY time. Everyone is in good spirits and it's just nice to have some time to unwind after a long busy year.

my little sister is only 8, seeing her face on christmas day is just magical, the enthusiasm and happiness is contagious! Its impossible to be unhappy on christmas, especially if theres a child in the room! The food that my profession chef mother makes doesn't hurt either...

I look forward to Christmas with expectations of fun with family but also a feeling of dread for the simple reason that Christmas is usually the time that loved ones get ill and pass on. So far in the lead up to Christmas I have been to 3 funerals. However I am going to enjoy Christmas with my children(adults but still capable of behaving like naughty children thank goodness) and be grateful for what we have and not what we have lost.
