I dont mean to brag but my man is good at everything, he can fix anything, he was raised on a farm and isnt afraid of a challenge. He is also very well groomed, not over the top bu he looks after his self as well as his skin which is a bonus with a heart of gold to top it off :)

Hmmm after reading that, I have nothing to complain about my man either. Ever since he started using MY moisturiser and exfoliating polish scrub, I then bought him the Nivea men Range of his OWN moisturiser and scrub and he hasn't looked back . Great to know that there are more and more products for the males out there now though.

Any problem that leads him to spending time on the computer or his phone are his fave problems to solve! He's so into his 'apps' and special engineering software so if there is a problem he tries to use those things first to help him solve things.
Currently the 'head' on his i-trim gadget needs replacing and I think I can help him with getting a new one for that.

So funny. The man i married used to wash his entire body which included his hair with a cake of soap. He would always complain about his hair but would never change from using soap and then his hair started to fall out and he blamed the soap but still kept using it. Im sure he still uses soap for everything.

I think he's pretty good at fixing things though he's time poor really. As for his beauty routine he is pretty minimalist but lucky for him he has naturally great skin.

My mans pretty good with his grooming. I got him onto dove bodywash so that's not too bad. Sometimes the stubble can get a bit much before he shaves though. He actually has pretty good skin so he doesnt have to worry with too much. I just wish I could get him to use sunscreen more often!
He's pretty good at fixing things as long as I can convince him he really wants to do it for him because he'll benefit - if it doesnt really effect him he tends to forget or make excuses! That can get really irritating! I have an old gross bar fridge he left here for "storage for a couple of days" that's been here for about 2 months! I want it gone it's taking up my painting space :( Once I can get him to do that we're all good... :) I still love him though. Damn his adorableness! lol

My beauty know-how must be rubbing off onto him because about a year ago he started stealing MY face scrubs and now has his own that he always uses. Then a couple of months back he goes "my face is dry, I need a moisturiser". Uncontent with my girly smelling ones I bought him the most natural men's one that I could find (unfortunately it was a Natio one as I couldn't find Gaia's one anywhere) and now he's hooked. He uses it every day. I'd like to get him to switch to Gaia Made For Men but it's too hard to find anywhere that sells the whole range.
I think he cares more about his skin than most other guys because he hates how irritated it gets due to his sensitive skin. I'm glad that we get along so well when it comes to personal care :)

My man loves to solve any problems that I might have, but the area that he excels in is emotional problems. I have heard a lot of good stuff about the Gaia product and my man needs some help with ingrown hairs.

my bf still uses bar soap on his face no matter how much i tell him he shouldn't, and no moisturiser! gah but his skin does look pretty good still so i can't complain too much, and this is also why he won't believe me he should use something else!

i got my bf onto the clinique 3 steph system coz its easy and quick, and he needs a good twice daily cleanse and tone after the dirt/sweat/sunscreen of working on a construction site settles into his skin.

If you find it difficult to get your guy to adapt to a skin care routine, here are some more tips:
Quick fix: Medicated Facial Wipes (such as Neutrogena Rapid Clear).
No rinse required, they can even use them in bed as a last minute thing if they are hesitant in a skin care routine. As an ease in to using the facial wipes, find ones that don't say things like 'removes make up'.
Also, moisturiser in a pump bottle is more likely to be used than a moisturiser that you have to pick up and open. The ability to slap down a pump and see how far you can hold your hand away from the pump turns it into a game. Picking up a jar, unscrewing a cap, spooning out the cream, trying to get the cap back on while you have cream on your fingers and then applying it to your face seems like a lot of work for someone who doesn't really want to do it in the first place.
Sunsilk make a 3-in-1 Shampoo, Conditioner and Treatment. While it isn't the best quality in shampoo and conditioner, it's better than a bar of soap and is more simple to use.
Gosh, it sounds like I'm giving parenting techniques!

My dad needs to take care of his skin more! Seriously. He's a computer guy, so he loves fixing computers anyway. The only thing that he doesn't fix properly is shoe shelves or anything related to carpentry. He always half finishes them, and never returns to the problem.

Wow, how far male grooming has come, 15 years ago most of these would have seemed ridiculous to the majority of men...now it's just common practice!

Agreed, not sue when my hubby will be adding a serum.....so far an anti-ageing cream, an eye cream, and a facial washer and a scrub is as far as he goes - but these days he does it as a part of his own routine and doesnt need to be pushed!

Hero of the animal world, that is my man, he will save me from man eating spiders, get rid of a tiger snake from the back yard, chase away nasty dogs and deal with unpleasant people.
The great thing about my man is he takes what I have to say seriously, so pore strips, cleansers, moisturisers, deoderant, aftershave, cologne or hair treatments suggestions are all taken on board.

my man just gets the odd whitehead on the side of his nose now and again.
He needs to learn how to cleanse a little better, he kind of splashes his face with wash and water lol
