Aveeno Active Naturals - Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturiser

Even skin tone!

I bought this product when it was reduced to $9 and I thought I should just give this a try and I'm glad I did!
It reduced the oilyness in my t-zone and it really does even out my skin tone like it says it does. But it is not so easy to blend into my skin which is a downer.

Excellent product

Found this Aveeno Tinted Moisturiser great. I got mine from Marie Clare Showbag at the Easter Show so got to try it before I buy it. Used it this morning and even though I have olive tanned skin, was a bit worried the Fair/Light shade which is the only one I got in the bag would be too light, but it was fine and found it goes on smoothly and you only need a little drop. It goes a long way and will last for awhile. Think the pirce of $23 is a bit pricey for a tinted moisturiser but will see how I go. Suppose it will last awhile so that is good ...

I received a full size of this tinted moisturiser to trial. I really didn’t like anything about it. The scent of this face cream is so chemicall-y and fake, too strong and overpowering. I opted for and received the light tint and even the light was too oragngey for my skin. It would not blend and just looked awful. I cannot believe they charge over $20 for this.
Maybe my opinion is so negative because I’m 43 with very dry and mature skin…I don’t know but I really did not like it

Every time I go out, like for lunch with friends or to see a movie, I always prefer to put something with more-than-average coverage on my face so I usually use a full coverage foundation. On days though when I spend most of my time outdoors and it's very hot, I only put tinted moisturizer on. There's nothing worse than foundation/BB cream melting on your face on a very hot day!

I had forever been looking for the perfect tinted moisturizer, and my prayers were answered one fine day in the middle of my local Priceline store when I tested out Aveeno's Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturizer.

The tinted moisturizer comes in a hygienic stand up bottle with a pump top that disperses just the right amount of product for your whole face.

Being only a tinted moisturizer, don't expect this to have the same coverage as foundation. So this won't conceal blemishes on your skin. This does however, manage to even out my skin tone. And as I am lucky enough to have very few minor blemishes on my skin, most of it is covered by this moisturizer alone. Aveeno's Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturizer is available in 2 shades; (1) Fair-Light, and (2) Medium. I got mine in Fair-Light and it's just the right colour for my skin. It has a very light scent when first applied, similar to sunscreen which soon disappears after application.

I have been using this for about a month (on those days when I forgo applying BB cream or foundation) and it hasn't made my oily/combination skin any more prone to breakouts.

What I like best about this tinted moisturizer is that the coverage is pretty good - slightly better than other tinted moisturizers you find on the market, and the fact that it has SPF. This tinted moisturizer also boasts of containing Total Soy Complex which promises to even out skin tone, smooth and soften the skin's texture, reduce the appearance of unwanted hair, and moisturizes skin. As I have only been using this for a month now, on and off, I wouldn't be able to attest to this claim just yet, but it definitely moisturizes.

I'd recommend Aveeno's Positively Radiant Tinted Moisturizer to people who do not want a heavy makeup feel but want slight coverage on their face. This is great for use on very hot and humid days when it's almost impossible to hold down foundation on your skin, even on my oily skin it lasts all day. I really love this tinted moisturizer and will be using it until I come across a better one, if that's even possible!

light coverage

If you can get away with tinted moisturiser, this is a good one. If I'm having a 'good skin' day, I'll wear this over sunscreen with some loose powder on top. Not sure if it has the power to 'brighten' skin, but a nice, inexpensive alternative to full-coverage foundation.

to dark for me

i purchased this i the shade fair light.I thought this product would work for me as i have not found any tinted moiturisers that go light enough for me. But sadly no, it was to dark for my fair and very pink toned where as i am netural. I also thought it would have more coverage as i tried it on my hand first.

Great as a moisturiser, not the best if you actually need coverage

This is a great moisturiser, its light and leaves skin feeling soft however if you are need of coverage i would not suggest this product. The product also has a shimmer to it, which i'm not so keen about. it could easily be used under a foundation.

For light complexion

This shade of this cream was just right for me, however I felt it was lacking in the other 2 features- not moisturising enough, and inadequate spf.

HIgh quality, love it!

This product is most definitely one of the best tinted moisturisers I've tried. Its pump packaging is resealable, which makes it perfect for traveling or throwing in your bag for touch-ups. It smells amazing, so fresh and natural, and it gives great coverage and moisture without looking caked-on! Although it doesn't cover severe acne or redness, if used with a concealer it can give an amazing complexion with a dewy finish.

One of the better tinted moisturisers.

The packaging is slightly heavy and not very compact making it unsuitable for travel and the pump has broken on me but isn't that big of a deal. It has a very strong sunscreen scent mixed with another fragrance that I cant quite make out, however I do find it quite pleasant.

In Australia, SPF is essential and I love this tinted moisturiser, it gives the skin coverage, a dewy complexion and SPF to stay safe.
