Definitely my shower and the gel I use - fresh zingy fruit fragrances are the ones that usually get me going :-)

I agree. Shower gels that have a yummy scent wake me up at 5am :P I have a lime shower gel that packs a punch, but it gives me such a buzz!

This sounds like a yummy & uplifting body wash, I'll have to keep my eye out for it when one of my current washes runs out. More than three in the shower is just a bit silly, no? Energised in the morning? Once I've finished my facial skin care routine I usually feel refreshed & awakened.

scented shower gels are my must have in the morning, especially in winter when you have to drag yourself out of bed, that little extra zing helps you wake up.

I start my day with a brisk walk at 530am followed by a strong black coffee. If I'm not feeling energised after that, there is no hope.
