A good enough moisturizer, not the very best I've ever used

This is a very decent moisturizer. It lends an adequate amount of moisture to my skin and has been an ok base for my EL powder foundation. My only complaint is that it leaves a slightly sticky feeling after use, which is fine if I put powder on afterwards but not so good if I want to apply liquid foundation (gah, the combo is just icky). As for its whitening properties, I can't tell the difference.

Use with powder foundation.
