Recovery Complex Leaves My Skin Feeling Truly Cared For

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex 50ml comes boxed with a product leaflet.
The Synchronized Recovery Complex comes in a brown plastic jar with a screw on gold and brown squeeze dropper lid.
The clear dropper is clear plastic, long and curved slightly at the release end.
The Recovery Complex is suitable for all skin types.
The Recovery Complex is formulated for use at night to support the skin's repair and protection processes. Repairing the appearance of past damage, helping to prevent future damage and giving high levels of hydration.
It is made with Chronolux Technology which supports the natural synchronization and addresses the effects of environmental assults before they become permanent.
The Recovery Complex is applied after cleansing and toning and it is applied before night moisturiser.
To use the Recovery Complex, squeeze several drops onto finger and apply to face and neck.
The fragrance reminds me of vanilla essence, with a little more kick.
It is slightly tinted in colour, a pale frosted caramel. The consistency is thick liquid form.
The texture is light, smooth and fine. It blends onto face well and absorbs easily, it feels cool and refreshing.
The Recovery Complex does not feel greasy at all but there is a slight stickiness left on skin.
This is not a problem being a night serum because I apply night moisturiser after the Recovery Complex.
I have fallen in love with the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Recovery as well as Eye Complex. The skin care range is such high quality and reeks opulence with the packaging.
Recovery Complex leaves my skin feeling truly cared for.
With the continuous repair process in the Recovery Complex, overtime the reduction in the appearance of wrinkles, dehydration and discoloration will ensue with daily use of the serum.

Dissapointing

I was really looking forward to using this product with all the great reviews on bh. I received this as a sample as a gift with purchase from Myer and can say I'm glad I didn't buy this product.
Yes it is absorbent and smells amazing but for me I just didn't see any improvements to my skin the morning after. I love using rose hip oil so maybe I was expecting to see similar results to this product. I have used it on and off and have been wearing it to bed on its own so maybe I need to be more persistent and/or put a moisturiser on top. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

Ok but not great

Considering all the hype this product gets, I wasn't all that impressed! I don't have dry skin, but after applying this, my skin felt really tight. I didn't experience any dry patches in the morning, but it still felt like i needed to put more on at night. Didn't see a huge difference after a few weeks but it didn't make my skin worse either.

Love this!!

I was recently introduced to this product through a sample i was given. It was a 1ml sample that lasted about 8 days.
After this time i noticed a considerable difference in my skin. It appeared to be more supple and my skin tone was allot more even. I have highly sensitive skin and i found it to be quite mild but really effective.
The serum is absorbed straight away and comes in a bottle with a droplet type applicater which cuts out any waste. Highly recommend this product!

Incredible Results

I received this Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex as part of the Best in Beauty 2012 competion
Thankyou Estee Lauder and BH for such an amazing prize.

I have always been aware of the Estee Lauder brand but have not purchased for several reasons.

I purchased my first Estee Lauder product Idealist after reading many many wonderful reviews on BH

I have some pigmentation on my fave and have been trying to remove it various way including microdermabrasion and IPL
I have not had any success although the pigmentation has reduced.
I was using my Idealist when I found out that I had won a Best in Beauty pack.
I was most excited to try the Estee Lauder products as I loved the way my skin felt after using Idealist for a month.
I purchased Estee Lauder Day wear for combination skin to add to my regime.
I have used Idealist and Day Wear in the morning and Advanced Night Repair, Day Wear and Advanced Night repair Eye cream at night.

After approximately 7 weeks of using this combination of Estee Lauder products my skin is radiant.
I am 51 years old and my skin feels like it is glowing from within.
My husband has commented several times that my skin looks amazing and over dinner a couple of nights ago he told me almost wistfully that I did not have a wrinkle on my face. ( we are the same age)

This combination of Estee Lauder works perfectly for me.
A Estee Lauder consultant told me I did not need to add a night cream to this regime which was a refreshing change.
I happily use the Day cream as a night cream.

I am delighted with my Estee Lauder products and will recommend this brand to everyone I know.

love it

I purchased the trial size in a pack of 5 estee lauder products i love this serum it absorbs into the skin leaving no sticky residue i have noticed it has helped with my facial redness and over all texture. i am so suprised at how little you need to use i will be buying the full size bottle.

Love this

This is a light serum and only a couple of drops are required for the whole face. It is slightly thicker than the serums that I am used to, but still smooths over the face very evenly. It is practically non-fragrant. It hydrates my skin and improved the fine lines. Most importantly, it has helped repair my flakey skin problem around the cheeks. I can understand now why this is a cult product and wish I had discovered this earlier.

Best in Beauty 2012

I'd heard many great reviews for this serum before I even considered that maybe it was something that would be good for my skin. It wasn't until I recieved a sample of it, and was instantly impressed with the results I saw the morning after my first use, that I decided this had to become a part of my everyday routine.
I like the luxe packaging. The dark glass bottle keeps the product safe from light, but I'm still able to see how much is left, so I know when it's coming on time to buy the next bottle. The dropper is the best part of the bottle, as it keeps me from using too much of the product. One squeeze from the dropper is enough to cover my face, neck, and upper chest.
The liquid is a pale yellow, with a scent I can't name. Whatever it is, it's not unpleasant, and I only notice it if I put my nose up to the bottle to smell it. When applying the product I don't notice the smell at all.
I apply the ANR at night, after cleansing and toning. My skin easily absorbs the serum, without leaving any sticky residue. I then apply an eyecream and moisturiser.
After first use I noticed my skin was a lot brighter and clearer the next morning. Continued used has proven to me that the initial results weren't coincidence. For me there is no doubt that my skin has improved in condition since I've been using this. I feel more hydrated all over without being oily. While wrinkles aren't a big concern of mine, I do feel that this serum has helped to slow to appearance of them.
But the biggest difference I've noticed has been an improvement in recovery time. As I've gotten older I've noticed it takes longer for my skin to repair and heal, but ANR really gives it a boost. As a result my skin feels smoother and looks clearer.
This a definitely a holy grail product for me and I would be devestated if I had to go without it now that I've discovered it's wonders.

It Works!

A little of this serum really goes a long way - only a couple of drops are needed so cover the entire face so the 50ml bottle easily lasted me about 6 months.

I found that it really hydrated my skin and plumped out my fine lines - it made my skin look so much more rehydrated. Some mornings, I had forgotten what I had put on my skin the night before and was shocked to see how plumped and fresh my skin looked. It literally ironed out every single fine line.

Some nights I was too lazy to apply this and a night cream so would just use this, and the hydrating effect still happened - it didnt leave my skin dry at all.

It comes in a dropper bottle which I found to be perfect for application - it really allowed me to get the exact quatity that I needed to cover my face.

It felt a tiny bit sticky/tacky on my skin but as I was using it at night that wasnt a huge issue. The results I saw in the morning were well worth the tackiness overnight.

so if you just want something light for your skin for night, this would be sufficient as a good moisturiser. I highly recomend this product

Best in Beauty 2012 - fabulous night time serum

I only discovered this wonderful serum recently and was so delighted with the product and the effect it had on my mature skin.

I had heard very positive things about this serum and can now understand why it is so popular. I am a great believer in the use of serums and found this one to be excellent for my skin at night prior to application of night time moisturiser and eye cream.

The product is well packaged in a classy smoky container and has a droplet dispenser which is great for people like me who can tend to use too much product. The dispenser allows me to apply a few drops to cover my entire face and neck.

The texture is lovely and sinks into my skin quite quickly but I do let it settle for a minute or so before applying moisturiser and eye cream. The serum is not greasy on my skin and I have found it beneficial to use moisturiser on top for extra hydration.

Although I have not found that any lines have diminished, I do think it works to prevent new lines forming and provides the hydration I seek and need to keep my skin soft and supple.

A definite winner as an anti-ageing product and a marvellous night time serum which delivers excellent results.
