Not a fan.

I received a little pot of Benefit b.right it's potent eye cream a little while ago with my Bella box. I've always been sceptical about creams to treat tired eyes as I know sleep, good food and hydration are always the best to remove dark circles or puffy eyes.

To examine the difference this cream would have on my eyes I used it over a few days. But I only put the cream around one eye, so I was able to see the difference. The product itself was light, smooth and felt moisturising, pretty much everything that would tick the boxes for a good eye cream. However, over these couple of days I saw absolutely no difference between the eye I had been testing on and my normal eye. I still had slightly dark circles and it didn't feel any smoother or more moisturised.

For the price of nearly $60 I was very disapointed. Benefit has generally really good products, but this falls short of the brand.

Nice product with great packaging

I bought the deluxe sample set which included a deluxe sample size of this eye cream. While it was deluxe sized, it lasted me for quite a long time which gave me sufficient time to form an opinion on it.

It is an eye cream that claims to treat dark circles and fine lines, while brightening the under eye area. While I do not have dark circles (on a regular basis), I do have issues with fine lines around my eyes. I did not notice any treatment of my fine lines- I still have them, but it was still a nice eye cream to use.

The eye cream applies easily and is not greasy or too light. It provided a nice amount of hydration to the eye area. The packaging is also really cute which is a bonus.

If I was looking an eye cream that claims to hydrate and moisturise the eye area, this would be it- 5/5 hands down. However, this eye cream claims to treat fine lines and it did not live up to its claim. So on that basis, it is a 4/5 for me.

Love the little pot

I love the packaging of this product.

The cream itself was nice but i am not sure i would pay around $58 for it. I havnt noticed a huge difference to be honest. Though it feels wonderful when i apply it.

Gives Me Confidence My Eye Area Looks Great

This retro inspired little glass pot is so cute. What's inside it is even better! This product gives me the confidence that my eyes are well nurtured and my eye area brightened and firmed. I dab this on with my finger, patting it into my skin.

The smell is unusal (freshly sweet with a medicinal overtone?) which I think it has something to do with the ancient herbal chinese ingredient which makes this potion magic for the eyes. My eye area feels fresh and ready to go after I apply this.

Yes I'd love to buy this again!

Nice Eye Cream

I got a decent sample of this eye cream in a sample box. I thought it was nice and moisturising, however I can't say too much on the other effects, as I don't have a problem with lines and dark circles (yet). Overall I think it's quite nice and the price is reasonable for the brand.

Love it!

I was lucky enough to score a sample of this and it's such a nice product! It felt lovely and cooling on my eyes and the skin was left feeling much more hydrated and plumped. It did have a slight scent which I actually really liked. I love how far a small amount goes, so even though it's a little more pricey I would get a lot of use from just one jar. Definately will be picking this up in the future!

Super rich eye cream

Well I got a sample of this when buying some other benefit products and was excited because it is supposed to improve the appearance of dark circles....on my big ol black things not so much, BUT
It is amazingly thick and creamy, leaves skin around my eyes super soft and smooth and looking a bit more awake than they usually do.
I have been using the tiny sample pot for about 3 weeks day and night and haven't really noticed a difference in my dark circles, but my skin condition has definitely improved and I will probably buy a full size pot when I run out... although probably from Benefit directly, due to the huge aussie retailer mark up.
While I love the cuteness of the packaging which is a nice pretty glass jar, It's not the most hygienic or economical of ways to apply cream as there's less control about how much you scoop out with your fingers - a tube pack or an accompanying spatula might be handy
Likes: soft smooth eye skin, sinks in super fast, non greasy, day and night use, cute packaging
Dislikes: Expensive, not much help for dark circles, unhygienic application.

Best in Beauty 2012

Benefit B.Right It's Potent Eye Cream is actually quite good, considering it's from a makeup brand.
It comes in a cute glass jar with a faux cork screw-top lid. I wish it was either in a squeeze tube or a pump dispenser though, or even if they added a spatula to the packaging.
The cream is a very nice rich, creamy texture, that has a subtle pretty scent. The cream feels silky soft when I apply it to my eye area and it instantly leaves my eyes feeling refreshed, it's like a instant pick-me-up. I find this a perfect foundation for my eye makeup because it is so hydrating, my eye makeup sits better and lasts longer. It's perfect for use day and night and a little goes a long way.

IT'S POTENT BELLABOX SURPRISE

I received a sample pot of it's potent in Septembers Bellabox.

I really enjoy receiving sample products from Bellabox sometimes I love the samples sometimes not but for $ 15 per month it is a bagain
Now to

Benefit's b.right It's Potent
I love the packaging of the product tres chic
I also adore Benefit'marketing, when I purchased The Porefession I received a custom design comic book.

I love this eyecream the texture is creamy and rich just want I need in an eye cream
I keep in the fridge for a cooling soothing treat for my eyes.
I will buy the full size when my sample pot runs out.

I would never have bought Benefit if I had not received a sample though Bellabox

Probably not the best judge of this..

I've only just started using an eye cream and I wanted it for fine lines and my horrific under eye circles.

I can't say I have noticed a difference but I do like the product. It doesn't leave a sticky or oily residue, it's easy to apply and a little goes a long way.

The packaging is a pretty little glass jar and I'm loving the look of the range.

gentle

I generally find eye creams and roll ons to be quite irritating to my skin but this one felt quite gentle and had a nice creamy consistency. I haven't used it long enough to see any difference but just the fresh feeling alone will keep me using it

Great cream, no miracles

This is a very nice eye cream, not too thick like some other ones. It moisturises and makes my skin feel smooth, but definitely doesn't seem to brighten. I still love it though, because it doesn't create millia around my eyes like most other creams!

Glosscars 2012

The product itself is thick, so I tend to use a tiny bit of it. It's okay, but not my favourite benefit product. I found that it did help with puffy eyes though, and I found that it also worked to reduce the look of my tired eyes. My main problem with the product was it didn't feel to great when I applied it. But at the same time, it did do what it was supposed to, so I do give Benefit the credit for that.

Cooling

I received a sample of this to try from Benefit. It doesn't have much of a scent to me and it feels cool when you apply it to the eye area. It is quite a rich cream but I found that it was slightly irritating to my sensitive eyelid area so I have discontinued use. It's a shame because I really love Benefit products as a rule. Luxury & results!

This is on the more expensive end of eye creams but it's main difference is that it actually works! Reducing the appearance of dark circles and puffy or baggy under eye areas, when used in conjuction with a concealer like Boi-ing, my eyes look bright, open, rested and they POP!

DISAPPOINTING...

I was given a sample of this product from the Benefit Boutique store where I have my eyebrows done. I tried it but was left disappointed - it did nothing to fade my under eye dark circles. I also did not find that it brightened the under eye area either (which is what Benefit claims this product does).

Not so sure about this one..

It smells nice, and goes on easily. I haven't found that is has helped with dark circles though.

omg

i have mentioned in the forum that i have horrible puffy dark eyes and i went and boguht this along with the cleanser - i have to say OMG - it is making such a difference in a few days that i am going to save my pennies from now for my next one as i am finding this amazing - it is so creamy and moisurising without being gluggy or sitting on the skin - my makeup goes on just as well as it sinks in and i am so happy with it - a little bit pricey BUT WORTH IT

B.Right is alright!!!

This is a re-review for the Glosscars. I was lucky enough to receive this as a deluxe sample with a beauty order about a month ago. I had been dying to try some of Benefit's products so I was very excited. The packaging is cute, like most Benefit products. The only thing I find is a negative is having the product sitting in a open tub with no protection from germs, although I never stick my fingers in there (I always use a spatula) but you know it's still not hygenic. The cream is a lovely silky texture and applies around the eye area so easily. You don't need a great deal to do above and under the eye. I love the visible difference I can see when I use this, it's like a light, sheer veil has been draped over the area and the darkness diminishes slightly. It looks like the cream may have light reflecting particles or something similar in it to get this effect. I've had no irritation at all around my eyes. My eyes are left feeling and looking well hydrated. Very nice eye cream.

An Eyecream that works!!

This eye cream definately deserves to win the glosscar for best beauty buy because it's the best eye cream I have ever come across and it actually works!!
The first thing you notice is the gorgeous packaging of this product, it's so cute and classy, and it looks like a very luxe product sitting on my bathroom bench. It is expensive to buy, but you only need a small amount each time you use it, so it lasts a very very long time, making it good value for money in the long run.
It has a gorgeously creamy texture, which just glides on to the skin and is absorbed very quickly considering how think it is. My under eye area is left feeling soft, moisturised and looking brighter. This cream really is potent and works so well at hiding my dark circles, so well that I don't even need concealer under my eyes anymore, which is saving me money in the long run. This product is well worth the investment and I'm very happy it lives up to it's name!!

Luxury Eye Cream

I love this eye cream, it is so gentle on my eye area and it doesn't cause any stinging or sore reactions from my eyes. It's a lovely creamy texture which blends easily around the fragile eye area without the need for heavy handedness. A few gentle sweeps and taps/dabs and the eye surrounds are left feeling refreshed. The cream has like light reflecting pigments or something in it, I have really dark circles and when I sweep a bit of this on my under-eye, I can see a sheer veil that lightens up my circles, so I try not to dab it too much and just let it dry so that veil doesn't get destroyed. A lovely hydrating eye cream and a little goes a long way.

Dark Circles Be Gone!!!

I can't believe that I have found an eye cream that meets all my expectations and more. Firstly, I must say how gorgeous the jar is that it comes in, it looks soo pretty and expensive!!
The cream itself is soo luxuriously creamy and just glides on and sinks into your skin in no-time, there's no greasy residue or anything. The name fits it perfectly, it's potent and it works!!! Just a small amount and my dark circles (more like black bruises, they were soo dark) have faded, and after just a few days were nearly gone.
I'm soo impressed with this product that I will most definately be buying the full sized product when I run out, it's well worth the investment!!!!

Love it

I have massive dark circles that come from wearing glasses every day. I've noticed a definate improvement since using this eye cream. My concealer goes on smoother and not as cakey/flakey (I have really dry skin), nor does it come across as oily - it's an allround perfect base.

My all time favourite eye cream

Guys love it as much as girls for the brigthening effect and reducing dark circles. And its biggest assest is your makeup sits very well on top of it. Luxurious Eye Cream!

Purchased this after i trialed the sample and its a wonderful product for tired eyes and general under - eye hydration. Probably wouldnt do much for fine lines and deep wrinkles as i dont feel that "tightening" effect i usually do with other eye creams, but great for my eyes, as they normally lack alot of moisture, esp after i remove my make up. Bonus star because i can wear this night AND day under my makeup, and it does affect my normal makeup routine! Well worth the money, and cute little jar too!
