Well guess what? Your search could be over! Our Trial Team have recently had the ‘hard’ task of road-testing a bulging basket of Dove products (it’s a tough gig, but someone’s got to do it) to find out if one brand could cater for your top-to-toe beauty needs.

 

Each Trial Teamer received a Dove pack containing the following all-star beauty products: Dove Intensive Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, Dove Foaming Make-up Remover, Dove Go Fresh Citrus Facial Cleanser, Dove Go Fresh Burst Body Wash, Dove Go Fresh Fresh Touch Roll On Deodorant, and Dove Visible Beauty Body Lotion – and that was just for the ladies! The pack also included the following men’s grooming products: Dove Men+Care Cool Fresh Anti Perspirant Deodorant, Dove Men+Care Active Clean Dual Sided Shower Tool, Dove Men+Care Deep Clean Foaming Facial Cleanser, Dove Men+Care Deep Clean Body and Face Wash, and Dove Men+Care Extra Fresh Body and Face Bar. (You would hope the postman had some muscles on him when he delivered this package!)

“A typical day begins with a face wash with Dove Go Fresh Citrus Facial Cleanser. Ah, what a great way to wake up! The fresh citrusy orange aroma soothes the senses and awakens me while leaving my face clean and fresh. Stepping into the shower and wrapping my whole body with Dove Go Fresh Burst Body wash in White Ginger and Nectarine fragrance is such a pleasurable feeling! It makes my body feel so fresh and yummy! Then, washing my hair with Dove Intensive Repair shampoo, followed by the conditioner, leaves my hair nourished, soft and silky. I really love the conditioner but the shampoo wasn't great for my coloured hair. Stepping out of the shower, the first thing I do is apply the Dove Visible Beauty Body Lotion on my towel-dried body. Winter is not a great time for my already dry skin, but with the help of Visible Beauty Body Lotion, my skin has transformed from dry and scaly to soft and supple. The Dove Go Fresh Touch Roll On Deodorant is simply superb! The cucumber and green tea fragrance is so fresh but very subtle. It keeps me fresh all day long. I end my day with Dove Foaming Makeup Remover, a must-have for any one who wears makeup! The liquid in the container transforms into a light foam, which effectively removes makeup, even waterproof makeup, without leaving any traces. It is gentle on the skin, doesn't cause any irritation even around the eyes!”

“I really like the Dove Men+Care Deep Foaming cleanser. It gives a deep but gentle scrub to the face. My face feels invigorated and so fresh! It fits into my shaving routine very well. I use it before shaving which helps to open up the follicles and give a closer shave. The shower tool and the Face and Body wash are really great to use. The shower tool is a handy gadget that is very practical. It foams up the shower gel well and gives a nice and clean wash to the body. It is great to use especially at the end of a long day, to freshen up. The deodorant is very effective in keeping body odour away. Even after cycling to work and back and being on foot all day long, I feel fresh with this deodorant. The soap bar is my favourite of the lot as it is so convenient to grab it and have a shower still feeling very clean and fresh. All the products of the Dove Men+Care range have a similar fragrance, very fresh, clean and invigorating. All the products really suit my lifestyle.”
