2nd Review

I stand by all I said previously except for the bad part that it leaves a residue - it does not! I started using this daily again both as a face and body cleanser you just have to rinse well and it is easy rinsing. The oil/grease people are mentioning is not that - it's a creamy emollient consistency and is what provides the deep cleanse without stripping the skin. It took me some time to get used to as well but I keep coming back to it its got me hooked - give it a chance. This cleanser says it improves the look and feel of skin and I believe it does - immediately my skin looks brighter and clearer and feels smooth and hydrated. Its a little tight in the beginning but that quickly goes away. Its good to be different!

nice and gentle, and love the tingly feeling!

I absolutely love this cleanser, it removes foundation, blush, basically anything you've caked on from the night before from your face. Only thing it doesn't remove very well is waterproof eye makeup, namely waterproof mascara (but i use an eyemakeup remover anyway). The menthol is really calming and leaves your face feeling super refreshed. I have really sensitive skin but this doesn't irritate it at all, it isn't drying or overly moisturising (doesn't leave an oily film/residue). Would definitely buy this again once i finish my current one.

Great cleanser for Winter

I usually like to use a gel cleanser with a mild exfoliant in it throughout the warmer months, but this cleanser is my absolute favourite for winter. I keep it in the shower and use it every morning. After dampening my face, I use a 5-10 cent piece amount of cleanser and massage it into my face for about 30 seconds before rinsing it off quite thoroughly. It is quite active so your face might feel a bit tingly and fresh for a short while afterwards, but I don't mind. Overall an effective cleanser for winter that is also safe for those who may be prone to break outs!

Bathroom Staple Cleanser

This has become a favourite in my bathroom. I don't use it twice a day as it can be too harsh but I use it 3-4 times a week in the shower and it has done wonders for cleaning up my skin. I have had little bumps on my chin for years which I have never been able to move until now! Honestly within two weeks the skin on my chin was smooth I could not believe it. I don't use a lot of this cleanser and don't leave it on long. I rub it into my skin lightly in a circular motion for 45 seconds and wash it off. I think if you use this twice a day and a really rough then you will have a bad reaction. Use it in moderation and carefully and I think you will see a difference in your skin.

good :)

this product is pretty good for its price. i use it in the shower ever night. it lathers up great and you only need a small amount, it can last for quite a while. its great at removing the all the oil and dirt for my skin, but it dies it out a little bit. however with the usual routine of toner moisturiser, its fine. i enjoy this product, recommend this to anyone with oily skin.

Always have one handy

I always keep a bottle of this in the shower and use it when i feel like it even as a body cleanser - its deep cleansing and cooling and i like the refreshing chemical scent - the only thing is that it feels a little oily probably cause its a cream and feels like it leaves some residue behind. But your skin will feel so clean and so smooth and dewy and hydrated.

Fresh, invigorating and so good even for dry skin!

My skin is just loving this cleanser! The deep cleansing action is so effective yet so gentle.
The cleanser has a thick, creamy texture which, when applied on to the wet skin, emulsifies and spreads easily all over the face. It gives a nice minty cool sensation. The tingling is mild and so refreshing that I am addicted to it! It does not foam which I love because it does not leave a soapy feeling on my skin. The cream is easily washed off without any nasty residue.

I love the smell! It is soft, pleasant and has a strange resemblance to Johnson's Baby Soap and Cream. As I work it on my face, the smell transforms into a leafy fresh scent that is minty and uplifting.

Gosh, I love the feeling after washing my face with it! My skin is so clean and fresh. My skin feels velvety soft to touch and actually feels a little nourished rather than drying it. My skin is dramatically clean without the moisture being stripped out.
It is best to use it at the end of the day to wash away the makeup, oil and dirt. I can feel the gunk being drawn out of the pores leaving my face invigorated.

It really prepares my skin for using moisturiser. My moisturiser sinks in very well and percolates deeper after cleansing with it which is great for the dry spots on my face.

It is surprising for a cleanser to be in a cream form, oil-free and deep cleansing without causing any dryness. Since I got introduced to this cleanser through BH Trial Team, I have gone through 2 tubes and counting!

I'm sorry... but its awful

I love the Palmers cream cleanser and while at KMart on the weekend, I couldnt find the Palmers one, so I grabbed this - thinking as a cream cleanser it may be okay. I was so wrong.
Firstly, it leaves my skin feeling so oily and slimy - it does not feel clean. I have combination skin, I wouldnt say overly sensitive but this stuff has irritated my skin so bad. I had tiny red bumps everywhere, and throughout the day, I can feel my skin tingling, and it is just so oily.

Its possible, I may have had an allergic reaction to something in the product which is no ones fault, but 1 star still based on how oily it makes my skin feel - sorry, hate giving such a bad review but if you have any degree of sensitive skin you may want to steer clear of this product.

AMAZING

I used it only twice so far and already some of the redness has diminished significantly. I cannot wait to keep using the product to see the end results. I had a huge unfortunate blind pimple that has also shrunk in size.
